Brand new construction. Listing is on a 27 acre parcel of land surrounding a very small lake. This listing shares the property with 3 other cabins. New bed, new dishes, new bathroom, new pots and pans, new everything. Star gazer? Property sits on one of the least light polluted areas in the state! Clear nights and the stars are amazing.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total).Contact me if more than one pet..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:Smoking is allowed outside. More than one pet is allowed, but I charge $10 per night per pet. Someone showed up once with 5 dogs, hence the rule..There is only 1 bed, but room for more if willing to sleep on cots. Nice secluded location for decompression of life. We had a super weekend and enjoyed staying at your rooming house. We had a relaxing weekend enjoying the surrounding area. The house had everything we needed!

Great Woodsy Getaway Loved our stay at this property, it felt that no expense was spared on amenities and décor to make the stay extra cozy. They had pretty much any utensil or appliance you could think of or need in the kitchen, plus some games in the unit as well. Very clean property and nice peaceful location. There are a couple other buildings within view on the property and this unit itself is attached to a garage that seemed to be used for storage, but it still felt private and secluded enough to relax. We would definitely go back!

Another Great Stay! We stayed there last year and returned again for a weekend away. Very clean and comfortable with all the kitchen tools needed. Tip: if there on the weekend, pre-order ribs from Duquette's General Store. Simply amazing!

Wonderful home away from home The guest house is something out of a hgtv dream. The heated floors were amazing on a chilly day. The property is quiet and secluded. This is the perfect quiet place to stay when doing nothing or heading to Duluth or other northern activities. I don't really have a reason to come back to MN, but I want to invent one to come back to this little slice of heaven!

Perfect location for Banning and Jay Cook State Parks Good location for nearby State Parks. House has everything you could need for cooking. Fun to roam property also.

Amazing trip! Me and my girlfriend went to this little cabin for our anniversary, and it was absolutely amazing! The host Jeff was the nicest person I have ever met and told us all about the place and suggestions for around the area. It was a very homey and happy little place definitely would go again!

Weekend getaway We wanted a place outside of the city but within an hour grive of the trails we wanted to hike. This place was the perfect location. Very clean, modern, and cozy. Firepit outside allowed us to continue to relax outside into the evening. Perfect. Thanks!!
