聖路易斯克萊頓艾美飯店(Le Méridien St. Louis Clayton)

Location was great, room was surprisingly smaller than expected after staying at other Le Meridien locations around the world, but still comfortable. Service was wonderful. Food and beverage specifically were great throughout the morning and night.

This hotel is old, tired and offers tiny rooms with bathrooms barely larger than a commercial airline and odors reminiscent of a nursing home or glade gel factory. We ended up having to switch rooms multiple times. They did offer us a credit as a result but that was eaten up by bogus parking charges. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere as this is not up to the standards that they advertise. Tiny rooms with tiny bathroom, odors and short scratchy robes with towels that don’t absorb water. Other than that it was ok.

Very surprised as to how dirty and poorly kept this was - from food all over the floors in the elevators, to sticky night tables in the room, marks all over the walls, debris on the floor. Felt dirty. Room was very uncomfortable- humid and a/c barely worked. Tiny bathroom. Would not recommend and would not return.

We loved our short stay here. Rooms were very nice and even though the bathrooms are small, everything is provided and updated. The outdoor pool and workout room is great. Front desk is helpful and check in was easy. Great area to stay in if you prefer to be outside the downtown.

I was particularly appreciative of the way the staff interacted with guests while evacuating us due to a tornado in the area. After the evacuation I had dinner at Le Vie and my server Corinthinian was an excellent host. She was an orient and attentive even though I was there eating and ordering after normal restaurant hours. Kudos

We’ve stayed with this property several times now over our old favorite. This is now our new favorite. Great bar and coffee staff. Front desk was great about keeping us in our room after needing to extend our stay. Cozy steakhouse across the street is a bonus. Great location. Other fun breakfast down the street (Kingside Diner)!

WiFi was horrendous throughout the hotel. And when I inquired about it, the front desk was well aware of it and couldn’t do anything to help.

We had no hot water for over 48 hrs. We also woke up in the middle of the night to freezing temps in the room because the thermostat in the room is on a motion sensor & turned off in the night. It was -30° with the wind chill outside & we had no heat!!!! We ended up leaving the hotel early, on Christmas Eve, and having to go find another hotel that could take us. Zero apologies from the hotel. Zero help in transferring us to their sister hotel, The Ritz, down the street. The general manager was not even on site. He was on vacation, during one of the busiest times of the year? This was the 2nd year that we stayed here, but unfortunately it will be our last.
