I drive a truck, so once a week I have to take 36 hrs off. I booked a 1 room suite,for 2 days. it has a king bed and a queen bed and is roomy. When I got here at 10 30, there was no reservation. Don't know if thats expedias fault ot this place. The front desk lady, VERY NICE AND SMART, fiqured it out for ******* and got me a room, However the room I reserved wasn't available. SO I took another room, It;s 1130 now. THis morning I booked the same large room as I had to continue my 36 hrs. I was told they would call me when it was ready. I called at 1045 and askee about the room. He put me on hold and talked to the house keeper. Told me to come down with my stuff and he would change the rooms and it was on the 1st floor. The one I ordered is on the 3rd floor. So I went with out all my stuff to view the room. I eas told iit was larger than the one I am in. Well it wasnt, not even close. So I told him about the reservation and he said I couldn't have reserved that room as it was already reserved. *******, Holdiday Inn at fault who knows. I asked before I made the reservation about parking and hot tub. I was told the hot tub was working. THere is no hot tub.. I wanted to wash a weeks worth of clothes but my room key won't work on the pool or the laundry. I have to get the front desk guy EACH time I need to enter the laundry or the pool so he can open it up. I blocked the door on the laundry but can't on the pool. Won't stay here again, Not a Holiday Inn, my opinion.
