The staff was great the hotel needs a lot of work. We thought they were queen beds but they are definitely full beds. The pictures and website say hot tub but it is filled in my cement. I would say the cleaning crew needs to clean a little better in the rooms. We kept our shoes on because the carpet was gross. Our air conditioner was noisy and blue right on the bed..

Only negatives of our 2day stay would be the room only having dark roast coffee, not a big fan. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean. Only not clean seeming would be the leftover pizza smell in the fridge which they couldnt help either. Hotel was quiet despite being near lobby and front desk was fun to chat with on our smoke breaks and when we had questions they were knowledgeable and kind. Pool was clean and even had handicap accessibility, which was so nice to see Will definitely recommend and consider staying again if in the area

When looking at the photos, it show a swimming pool and a hot tub. The hot tub was one reason why we booked this hotel. When we got there to swim, the water of the pool was very cold and not enjoyable. The hot tub was not there. They had taken it out and never informed the customer on ********** and their own website. Very disappointed. The breakfast was not good at all, not much of a selection. Not a great stay at all. Will not go back.

The room was clean and I felt safe. The building itself could have been a bit cleaner but with it being winter, it is quite difficult to keep up with snow and wet being tracked in.

We picked this hotel because of the high reviews but we were sorely disappointed. No hair dryer, the shampoo bottle was empty, the tv had poor placement for viewing. Not our best booking!

Great place to stay with a very reasonable rate. Pretty good selection of breakfast food and comfy beds. I’d stay here again.

Outdated and filthy. No room cleaning, no cream cheese, no yogurt, only five basic TV channels (engineer could not fix it), hole in the ceiling not fixed in three days, elevator sticky spill was never cleaned during entire three days stay It was snowing the day we came, snow stopped at 5pm plow came at after 11pm, not much sleep. Walls sound proof not applicable either, you can hear neighbors in a great detail. For some reason our room was too hot, with thermostat setting at 70 room was 77-78 day and night. We had to run ac with with 35 F outside. Fluffs of dust were falling of the ceiling fan. All above for the same great price

Liked how friendly the staff was and the parking availability, did not like how the room wasn’t properly cleaned since there was still trash from previous owners inside and it caused the room to smell a bit funny

It was evident that the hotel could use a good deep cleaning. The grout in the bathroom was black in the high traffic areas and cream in lower used areas like corners and near walls The same with the carpets, darker in high traffic areas like between beds and lighter in closets and desk areas.
