Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 4 km, sled run, cross country ski track 300 m. Nearby attractions: Harzer Hexenstieg 9 km. Hiking paths: Nationalpark Harz 13 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. "Gemütlicher Rückzugsort", 1-room apartment 40 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2022, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen).
