克拉克斯維爾溫德姆戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Clarksville TN)

Upon arrival, the front task staff came outside and stared at me as if I was not supposed to be there. I was looking in my car for my billfold and ID. When I got out of my car, he said, what do you want? Why are you here? I told him I had a reservation and he quickly checked me into my rooms, a drunken man in the middle of the night was trying to open cars and there was no one in the front Dess to call the police. The rooms were very unclean. I am really surprised that Wyndham puts their name to this property. Not at all what I expected from Windham .

The room was dusgusting couldnt tell you how long it had been since tge floors were swept. Booger and something pink all over the shower walls white splatters if simething on the head board and dresser. Reserved a room with 1 queen bed got one with 2 full size beds. We checked in early but had a sceduled time to be elsewhere so by the time we looked at the condition of the room no one was in the office.

The refrigerator had hair inside of it. Shower also. Bedding had blue stains, bedskirt had a terrible brown stain and hair. Reported it to management, she responded that she couldn't help me. Never retuned my calls. Disappointing response from her on email. Terrible customer service from the manger. So much for eating and resting.

we didn't like anything about the property. The place was so dirty, the toilet, bath tub, the floors, the beds were questionable. we would have asked for our money back but we were tired from driving. We just suffered through. i have never seen a motel so dirty i took pictures and i'm going to send it to the company.

It didn’t seem like the pillows or top blanket had been cleaned in between guests, I found many hairs before I laid down. The staff seemed annoyed to be checking me in and was rude with me regarding a miscommunication about my pet. It was all settled but he definitely could have been more polite.

Our room was quite dirty including floor, bedding and bathroom. Blanket on a bed had stains on it so I asked for another and was brought a blanket with 3 cigarette burn holes in it and some stains. I accidentally ordered a smoking room and tried to change. No other rooms open which I get but staff didn’t seem to really care whatsoever about that or cleanliness. They had me write a complaint in a notebook but no apology or ask how they could make it right. Understand for low cost that I don’t expect 4 Seasons but this was still pretty awful

Overall the outside of the motel seemed a bit shabby. The furniture in our room was old and kind of beat up. Our socks wete filthy from walking on the floor in our room. Breakfast was provided but it wad cold ceral and bread for toast.

Felt like that movie “Vacancy.” Floor was slimy and dirtied up anything touching it. It was loud and felt unsafe. Rust and mold everywhere in the bathroom and obvious faulty and amateur electrical work.

Not what I was expecting. Thank God it was just one night. Don't plan to stay at DaysInn in the future.
