印第安納波利斯南麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Indianapolis South, IN)

I was able to check in and was given my room key only to be told that I had to check back out because my card with my actual name on it hadn't came in the mail just yet. However they clerk took or for payment and charged not $50, but $100 deposit. Then to top it off I never was refunded for the room I was in for only 30 minutes or my deposit fee

Most the outlets in my room did not work, the toilet wiggles every single time you sat down on it, the elevator's smelt like mold , I wish they would have had a key entry requirement after a certain time at night because we had some stranger pounding on our door at almost midnight, he had the wrong room .

Walking into the hotel it seemed nice and clean. The parking lot was freshly paved and well lit. We found 1 ice machine in the entire hotel, which was on the first floor, not super convenient when you are on the 3rd floor. The elevator was a little scary, we only used it to get up to our room with our luggage and then the last day to come down with our luggage, otherwise we used the stairs. Our room was not the greatest. I had to use my shoulder to get the door to open each time, the room was not well lit, the light in the bathroom had 1 bulb that was strobing out the entire time. The bedding and towels seemed clean and overal it seemed clean, as long aa you didn't look too closely at the floors in the bathroom around the tub and baseboards. It was pretty quiet for a hotel, and we felt safe. It is in a pretty nice area, food and entertainment close by, so very good location.

Stay was just ok. Won’t be returning next time I am in town. Facility did not have any towels for guests and waffle machine for breakfast did not cook waffles all the way through so I had to go to a restaurant for breakfast

The staff were amazing and the breakfast was awesome…everything was great…the only thing that did not impress me was the hard beds but you can’t win them all.

Property was nice and clean on the outside. When we checked into our room, it was not clean, there was hair throughout the room, bathtub, sink, bed. We then asked for a different room and we were upgraded to a suite, additional couch and chair and a bigger room. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was a different story. Can’t really go wrong with cereal, but the cheese omelettes and the French toast sticks left something to be desired.

Our stay was great! The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were nice as well as the pool!

I am shocked that somehow this hotel has an 8/10 review. The hotel looks like it was poorly renovated - calk peeling off, dents and scrapes in the walls, and grout slopped everywhere from tile renovations. When we got into our room we realized that someone had apparently tried to break in through the window which resulted in the widow frame being cracked and the glass separating from the windows frame. Because it’s February and there was a large gap in the window, cold or was blowing in causing the heater to be constantly running. I would absolutely recommend booking a different hotel.

It was amazing!!! Took me months to find a nice hotel for a decent price in Indianapolis an now I have a get away spot…
