Had an amazing stay. Great views and excellent service. Pity my aircon in my room was leaking and continuously wet my carpet and bathroom floor. Other than that, i had a great stay. I loved the spacious rooms, the SCRUMPTIOUS breakfast, and the views. I can honestly only complain about the leaking aircon. (which they wanted to come have a look at - however - i refused)

Such a clean and beautiful place. The views are amazing, it doesnt matter where you sit, you are faced with lovely mountains. For me travelling alone, i had the peace that i needed. I had to ask to change the room i was allocated because there was bit of traffic and I am not sure if i arrived when staff was on Lunch, they were talking just outside my room. The one i was moved to had a private balcony which made me relax and feel free. i had the best time ever. The tub needs to be fixed and the shower was not cleaned, so i ddnt use it.

Stunning location with breathtaking views. Comfortable accommodation with all necessary amenities. Home away from home. The establishment was neat and clean. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist.

clean, stylish rooms with excellent service. The breakfast was good and tasty, and I had a beautiful view of the mountain. The hotel navigation as I entered was not problematic and the cars are safe with a guard looking after the cars at night.

Wil be coming back again when I get a chance as the service is quick and they go the extra mile for their clients which I highly appreciated. It is also very affordable too. I advise people to go there as they will not regret it.

Really enjoyed our stay at Mont d'Or Clarens. Family room was a good size with lovely amenities. The mountain view was breathtaking. Buffet breakfast was a lovely spread that catered for dietary requirements. Friendly staff and excellent hospitality. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Mont d'Or was a great place to stay with very friendly, helpful staff, a great view, and great food and drinks. The spa was also very relaxing and the ladies are clearly quite knowledgeable about how to treat you to a relaxing time.

The Rooms are great everything is fine, the cleaning people must do their job, in my room I could see that the room had not been cleaned, like mopped prior to my arrival, I used the room for three nights and the stains on the bathroom floor and on the stool remained visible. My room was 24. The people who clean must be supervised, someone must check if the room is clean prior to allocate it to the next person. Cleanliness was compromised. The room is next to some Generator, so, during load-shedding, one could hardly sleep due to the noise made by the generator. But that was understandable, the cleanliness is the main issue, the room was dirty for the duration of my stay. Workers just come in and refill bath stuff and make the bed and leave! the rest is left undone.

I had a great experience, I received great service ,good food and a lifetime of memories. The staff members are always willing to serve and available all day long. The rooms are clean and well maintained
