克拉馬有無線網路的飯店

Location-wise, te hotel is situated very far out of central Paris - you need to take a tram and then an underground metro to get to the center of Paris and all the attractions. The staff are very helpful, can speak good English and have maps etc on hand to help with directions. Our room was on the third floor and had a strong cigarette smell. The room was spacious though, with good Wi-Fi and a hair dryer in the bathroom. We stayed for three nights, and the room wasn't cleaned throughout, nor were our towels changed. The sockets were in odd locations around the room (not next to the bed like normal) so it was hard to charge all our devices (two phones, a tablet, and a power bank) at the same time. The area is exceptionally quiet and there is a gorgeous patisserie literally a few doors down from the main entrance. The tram stop is also right outside which is great. There is also a small shop in the lobby and the restaurant area works more like a help-yourself-kitchen, like a hostel. The pool area was closed so we did not get to see this

I chose it because of the convenient location and familiarity of the brand. It is a 3-star hotel and a basic one, so no in room safe box - which was actually the only disadvantage I found (and believe that nowadays also 3-star hotels should have) or coffee machine. My room was quite spacious and clean with comfortable bed, the bathroom nice and clean as well, with basic toiletries (so no lotion) attached - common but in time of pandemic I would prefer individual ones. Wifi worked nicely, tv with mostly French-speaking channels and few English ones, however without a tone (?). The breakfast was quite nice, various cold dishes including smoked salmon, just eggs as for something warm, fresh orange juice, and Nespresso coffee if you want to pay extra which I gladly did. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is near the train station and next to it is a huge building site, however it was not noisy at all.

Le studio était très bien. Par contre 1h00 d’attente pour s’enregistrer à l’arrivée et plus de passe parking disponible. la jeune fille de l’accueil, seule en période de fête, à fait ce qu’elle a pu pour gérer le mécontentement des clients. Du coup, elle a oublié de me rendre ma pièce d’identité. Bien que l’on m’est appelé à posteriori, en me disant que j’avais « oublié » m’a pièce d’identité, et promis de me la renvoyer rapidement. Rien a été fait! la personne n’a pas fait le nécessaire… déplorable. J’ai du les rappeler et envoyer un proche chercher ma pièce d’identité.
