飯店位置好，服務專業

很棒的小酒店。去劇院所以需要一個靠近而且便宜的地方。就是這樣！床很舒服，房間非常乾淨。一定會推薦。看到其他評論說這裡很吵，但你就在前面，所以真的很期待。

隔壁的音樂從凌晨 2 點開始一直持續到早上 6 點。牆壁很薄。沒有值班經理可以交談，甚至嘗試撥打緊急電話，但無人接聽。晚上睡得最差。房間自 70 年代以來就沒有裝修過。

透過 ************ 預訂了 2 晚住宿。他們兩個人搞砸了預訂，所以只訂了一個人而不是兩個人，所以酒店決定換房間並降級，然後還厚顏**地在我們已經支付的價格的基礎上額外收取 50% 的費用。由於是期中假，沒有其他可用的時間，再加上要參加婚禮，我們別無選擇，只能這樣做，否則就錯過婚禮。更奇怪的是，我的朋友預訂了一間與我們被拋棄的房間相同的房間，但支付的費用卻少得多。回想起來，我覺得自己被搶劫了。酒店本身很乾淨，位置優越，但非常陳舊過時。床很不舒服，地毯上有洞，壁紙有些地方被撕破了，廁所需要30多分鐘才能重新裝滿水，淋浴間發出的噪音就像噴射機在走廊起飛一樣（水壓很可怕） 。另外，自 70 年代以來，我在臥室而不是浴室裡見過水槽。總的來說，至少可以說這是一次相當令人沮喪的經歷，我會確保在某個地方告訴人們要避免。

好吧，我們租了兩個房間（一間房間超過 230 英鎊）...絕對令人震驚...當我們到達時，現場沒有停車位，我們必須住在停車位，費用為 12 英鎊。接待處的人非常粗魯......房間（如果我可以稱它們為房間）很糟糕......那裡的一切都需要改變。什麼是偉大的，早餐與可愛的女士服務和位置。

I phoned to cancel 4 days before my visit. they failed to do so. Thus reducing hope of any refund. manager rang me on day i would have arrived not aware of this. it was election week and could easily have been rebooked. staff poorly trained. STAY CLEAR

just returned from this hotel, check in was fast and the guy on reception was very nice and friendly the hotel itself is in need of some TLC as its an old building but the room was just that the bed was very comfortable with tea and coffee stuff on the table there was no breakfast as said on the website but wetherspoons is just round the corner so all good loads of restrants in the area as well as pubs its in a great place as everything you need is around you (beach,pier and funfair) just over the road dont think i would stay there again but good for a few days break

Budget is indeed the word. £56 for room no20. Double. Black Ash furniture. TV that constantly loses signal. Uncomfortable bed. Very dated decor. Bathroom... you cannot even turn around in it without your butt opening the door! No lock. Shower.. just a dribble of water (not a joke) and no matter how you turned shower buttons it got no better. Room very small and very hot. Asked for a fan at front desk and thankfully they had one. Yes 2 mins from beach or shops. Witherspoon around corner. Free parking if you get there as limited spots. Guy on front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would say as an emerg stay for some reason, 1 night..its livable if you can ignore several issues. Needs an overhaul. A deep clean.

Well DONT BOTHER BOOKING! Bed and NO Breakfast more like!!! Booked 2 nights , left after 1 and suffered the £100 🥲absolute nightmare!! Mould, spotted the air freshener and de mould machine, tucked away on top of the 6 hanger wardrobe! I’m not a snob by any means , love camping trips! But I’d rather sleep in a tent than here! Absolute waste of money, close to the sea, but also close enough to the loo and sink! You could make use of both at the same time!🤢 shelf above taps so low, could barely turn tap on! Obs on water meter? Free parking though, only bonus !!!!! 🤬
