Very comfortable residence. In the resort Civezza, 4 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 7 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, 4 km from the sea. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 350 m, bar 400 m, bicycle rental 4 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 7 km, sandy beach 4 km. Cycle lane 3.6 km. Please note: car recommended. "Casa Rita", 2-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 3 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer.
