I went online to book a room with Hampton Inn unbeknownst to me I was re-routed to Get A Room. The room was priced at 146.00 plus taxes, and what I though was the security deposit that most hotels require which brought my total to 209.00, so I booked the room received a confirmation that looks really legit. On December 31, 2021 I take my Autism grandson to the Hampton Inn he is excited to swim. Get there to check, and Devon requested another 50 dollars on top of the 209.00 that I had already paid. Devon stated looks like you booked your room through a third party. Devon gave me this third party contact information. Long story short the hotel never received any money from this Get A Room. I spoke with a Rochelle at this Get A Room who stated that she contacted the hotel and they stated that I could come back to the hotel my room is still available all I have to pay is another 50 dollars which I didn't have. After I spoke with Rochelle at this Get A Room I called the Hotel manager Michael who stated that Get A Room never contact them total SCAM!! Meanwhile I had to leave the Hotel, because I couldn't afford another 50 dollars on top of the 209.00 I had already paid. My grandson was in TEARS!!!!!!! I'm currently fighting the charges with my financial institution

The super 8 has very kind desk help with smiles upon entering the lobby/ desk and pleasant environment clean smelling rooms upon entry and breakfast available in front dining room which is very clean and tidy at all times.I would also recommend to a friend or family member to visit this super 8 in Roseville Michigan located at 20445 Erin Street.

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel was dirty - from the entrance, to the lobby, hall and the room. The halls were filled with litter on the floors. Our room had not been vacuumed - trash in every corner. The fridge was dirty, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The wash clothes looked like they were cleaning rags (very dingy). Lots of people walking the halls and going to the rooms with the cleaning person . I believe, they only change sheets as the place is really dirty. We couldn't get the urine smell out of our room despite odor killing disinfectant and room fresheners. Breakfast - they don't have the pints of milk as seen in the images, there is a pitcher of milk that stays in the small fridge it was there all night until the next day for use. No pastries. They said we had to wait for the guy that was on call to come in before we could get a plunger for the toilet. 2 hrs later, my husband went down and there were two of them behind the counter. an employee kept his truck parked at the entrance each night and the alarm went off every few minutes. Most of the staff was very unfriendly and appeared and sounded annoyed that you were there. There were 2 that spoke pleasantries out of the 7 that we encountered. I will never stay here again and don't recommend it.
