We stayed for two weeks extended stay. Check-in was flawless. Housekeeping insured we had everything we needed and never hesitated to get us anything we requested. The morning breakfast was extensive and fresh everyday. Front desk staff offered us a cool bottle of water each time we arrived at the end of our busy day. Friendly and excellent service all around. The hotel is a bit tired but everything is functioning and clean. The gym is well equipped and in perfect condition. One of the best gyms I have used in my extensive travels. The smooth operation is due to the leadership of the General Manager Brent Hageman. He runs the hotel like home-away-from-home and treats his staff like family resulting in a very upbeat and friendly atmosphere. The Front Office Manager, Kristin Manibusan was very helpful including helping me get my Uber app up and running! This is our second stay but will not be our last. When you travel and know what to expect in advance, it takes away a lot of stress. Thank you to Brent, Kristin and the entire team.

Hotel located near attractions like Walmart Museum and approximately 50 mins drive from Eureka Springs. This is a great hotel to stay if you are planning to visit Eureka Springs for the day. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The rooms offer amenities like a fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. They also have a coffee machine in the room with free coffee and tea. The hotel also offers a good breakfast and vary during the weekend and weekdays. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and provides very good customer service. The only thing that bothered me during the stay was that the room tend to get hot during the night. I am not sure if the hotel turns off the air conditioning at night. However, overall, this hotel can be recommended to anyone.
