I am writing to commend the exceptional service provided by your Senior Sales Manager, Nora Garrido, during my teams’ recent stay at your resort. From the moment the team arrived, Nora demonstrated outstanding professionalism and dedication to ensuring that all our employees’ needs were met. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant positive impact on our stay. Nora was always available to assist with any requests or concerns, providing prompt and efficient service that greatly enhanced their experience. Her genuine care and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to Rose for her remarkable efforts. This was a great hotel! We had booked this property for a few nights before our cruise because of the price. We were wary that it seemed a long distance from restaurants and shopping. In the end, cost won out. Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly by the front desk agent. We had booked a one-bedroom suite, but she quickly upgraded us to a 2 bedroom instead. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We later discovered the oven didn't work (that is one of the reasons for only 4 stars). We quickly went outside to the pool area. It was uncrowded and clean during our stay. There was no overpowering smell of chemicals or stinging eyes when we swam there. Breakfast was amazing! There was always a couple of meats to choose from. There were also hashbrowns, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, bagels/toast, and a variety of pastries. There was also yogurt and fruit for those wanting a lighter fare. There are some minor issues with this hotel. We couldn't get the pool side grill to work and had issues with the oven in our room, but when you look at the low number of Mariott points required for this property we were very pleased. We even discovered a nearby Subway and a great route into the Doral area where food and shopping abound. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

環境不錯，一樓有健身房，裏面有免費水果，早餐一般，每次我就烤個麵包吃，呵呵，到機場打車十五分鐘，但是機場那邊有免費的shuttle bus

超棒的酒店，房間很大，設施很新，我們住的6號樓一樓，推開落地窗就是迷你高爾夫球場和內陸湖，景色超級贊。每天還有各色活動可以參加，酒吧有免費飲料和小食，泳池開到晚上十一點，還可以共享對麪特朗普酒店的泳池，不過可惜行程原因我們都沒享受到，有點遺憾。酒店距機場開車15-20分鐘，周邊沒啥好逛的，有兩個車程3分鐘左右的購物中心，有超市和餐飲，酒店提供免費接送，但要自己電話與司機聯繫。

This was a nice, clean hotel with very good breakfast. Stayed here before leaving for our cruise from the Port of Miami. There were places around the hotel to eat and have fun before leaving on our cruise. Would stay here again!

抵達後,我對大堂和酒吧區印象深刻。看起來非常好,維護得很好。轉過前台的人非常冷漠和痛苦。我開始跟他說話,他真的在我說話的時候離開了我,兩分鐘後回來,就像從來沒有發生過一樣,他不是應該在熱情好客中工作的人房間裏有血跡嗎?牆上和窗簾上都結了 泳池游泳後我們出來走到毛巾架發現是空的 去了泳池附近的電話試着給前台打電話 電話連用都沒有這是游泳池邊的緊急電話,甚至無法使用。謝天謝地,我和我有了電話。我找到了前台,被告知毛巾會來,但從未道歉。毛巾從未來過,我們等了45分鐘。我們決定只是穿過酒店溼透。我相信對於決定跟在我們後面走的人來說,地板非常滑。我最小的孩子在酒店裏走得很冷。我們到達房間,即使我預訂了四個人的房間,但只有兩條毛巾。我打電話給前台,再次沒有道歉,他只是告訴我毛巾會來的。大約30分鐘後有人帶毛巾。即使是最簡單的請求也無法處理,這有點可笑。自從我們離開去向經理投訴後,我就試着打電話,但他總是找不到,而且接電話需要很長時間。

The breakfast was great, it was start at 6am. The hotel airport shuttle is every hour. Unable to meet our request to go airport at 7.30, it must be either 7am or 8am. Need to arrange with the receptionist. The hotel room is what you see in the picture.
