房間對價格來說很棒!位置也不錯。我們有很多非常友好的工作人員幫助我們辦理入住,儘管我們很小。清潔人員很棒,游泳池很好,很乾淨。我希望他們提供早餐。這個地方是寵物友好的,這是我們的一個優勢,因爲我們和我們的狗旅行。我們真的很喜歡我們在這個位置住宿。

哇!!!!這家酒店的工作人員非常出色。他們非常樂於助人和包容。晚上的前台團隊合作很棒。對Amani和Roderick的團隊合作和專業精神大喊大叫。我計劃只住幾晚,我住了一個星期。謝謝你的住宿非常愉快

我們在丹頓嘗試了很多酒店,這是迄今爲止最好的。它位於BJ's,Choys,Beth Marie's Ice Cream。如果你有孩子,只是想讓他們得到一些外面的時間玩,就在公園附近。它也在Cinemark劇院旁邊,離Buc-ees就在拐角處!工作人員很友好,房間設備齊全,很乾淨。枕頭超級蓬鬆!此外,他們在淋浴間有全瓶洗髮水,護髮素和沐浴露,而不是小瓶子。入住和退房是無縫的。每當我們回去時,我們將把這作爲我們在丹頓的永久酒店。

I stayed here for four nights during a summer program at UNT. I booked because of the good reviews, and I'm glad I did! All areas of the hotel are new and clean. Every single staff person I met was kind and helpful. For example, I needed a charger for one of my electronic items. The young woman at the front desk gladly fished through the lost/found bin and found me two of what I needed! The breakfast is tasty and nicely presented. The location was a plus, too -- right next to a Starbucks, a BJ's Brewhouse, a Chuy's, and a great family-owned pizza place, Pizza Capri's (recommended!). Two improvements I'd suggest to accommodate a range of traveler tastes: Have some still firmer pillows and bar soap available on request. But I had a great stay. I hope to return!

I did not expect the room to be as big as it was! It was clean. The AC was especially powerful, which was nice since Texas seems to be one big heat advisory these days. Big shower. The couch was comfy. Big TV. The location can’t be beat! Close to everything, including the University! We brought our son up for college and having everything so close was terrific. Texas Roadhouse is right next door. Buc-ee’s is right across the intersection, and Target is around the corner. It’s a 7-10 minute drive to the campus, a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and let us use their storage to keep some oversized luggage secured while we got some brunch at Old West Cafe (best breakfast place in Denton!) This is the hotel we will stay at for the next four years when we go to visit.

I initially enjoyed my stay in the Queen suite when I needed a room for my bachelorette night festivities. In the rush to get out of the door in the morning I accidentally left my jewelry box. I understand the hotel is not liable for items that were stolen once left, but beware!! Once I retrieved my box the next day my most precious ring was STOLEN! The other items in my box were clearly messed with while they were seeing what all they wanted to take. I am very disappointed in the quality of the staff they choose to employee and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Please be sure to use the safes and be wary of the housekeepers! I’m sure this is not the first time they have stolen items from guests.

We enjoyed both of our visits. The hotel was located close to the areas we were visiting. The hotel is well maintained and kept very clean. We did have a couple of issues with our room, but the maintenance person looked at the issues and would not be able to fix until the room was vacant. The barn door on the bathroom wasn't hung right and stuck when it closed. I had to assist my wife exiting the first time and we didn't close entirely after that. DJ was great at the front desk. Other than one person at the desk everyone was very friendly and attentive. That person seldom smiled and most of the time only looked up when you asked a question or said hello. We had booked another room for family arriving a few days later. On the day of arrival the room was cleaned by 10 am. We asked if we could check in, but was told it hadn't been inspected. Housekeeping supervisor was standing right next to her, but both said we would have to wait. I understand policy of check in, but seems that if a room has been cleaned that it would not hurt to go ahead and check a room and save time later. Other than that the stay was very pleasant and would definitely stay there again.

Este hotel esta muy bien en cuanto a habitaciones y servicios, tiene un gimnasio amplio y sus habitaciones son bastante comodas. Su ubicación es buena parda llegar a Toyota y otras empresas, sin embargo no hay muchas opciones para comer cerca como esperaba. Grandscapes esta enfrente y hay un cruce peatonal debajo de la autopista que aunque es seguro es una caminata de 15-20 mins apoximadamente.

訪訪客用戶Valerie at the front desk was so welcoming, efficient and helpful. Made me feel right at home and really grateful that I chose your hotel. Lobby and elevator were very clean as well as the dining area. Breakfast was appreciated as well. Room was comfortable and clean for the most part. There was some scary brown liquid drips on the wall next to the bed, so not perfect, but overall I would still recommend.

SSonya EBooked several rooms here because we had a family wedding nearby. The service was exceptional. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. Facility and rooms were very clean. We booked junior suites and I was surprised at how tiny the living room part was. We made it work by using the lobby to sit and visit. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. It is what I usually see for an included breakfast. I paid well over $100 for four adults and five kids. The cashier offered a discount without me asking which was appreciated. It was convenient, but if you have time, have breakfast elsewhere. All in all it was a good stay.

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! My family and I are were guests at this hotel for a weekend and on that following Monday I was charged $500 because we were told by management that we left the water running “on full blast with the drain closed” in the tub upon check-out (WHICH WE DID NOT DO, who in their right mind would do that) essentially flooding the entire hotel…. I found out about this because of the charge on my card, no one from the hotel even tried to call me to modify me of the “damage” my family caused. The manager Karl/Carl was extremely rude and unprofessional. He constantly talked over me and never tired to resolve the issue. He stated no one went in the room after us (not even the cleaning service) only my family. I called Choice Hotels multiple times and continued to get the runaround about the situation. Bottom line, they simply wanted more money and chose my family to be their victims.

We picked this hotel for 3 main reasons - 1. it's location (close to UNT, Denton), 2. they had a suite that had 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom and doors that closed, and 3. all of this at a very reasonable price. There were pluses and minuses, and in the end I think because of the availability of the two room, two bathroom suite, and the friendly staff we are likely to return. First, the Cons: 1) The room wasn't the cleanest we've stayed in. There were a couple hairs still visible in the bathroom (in the shower and on the bathroom floor), the door to the bathroom was obviously dirty, the lower cupboards in the kitchen had splattered food dried to them that I scrubbed off when we arrived, and the tiled kitchen area needed swept badly. It always disappoints me when I see a dirty hotel room. I feel like even if your property needs an update, could use some paint or newer carpet or has some askew wallpaper, the easiest and best impression you can make is by presenting a clean room to your guests. 2) I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night one night and found a millipede crawling on the bathroom floor. I get it, Texas is warmer and wet. I killed it and flushed it, but still not something you're excited to see. 3) The third morning we were there, they basically ran out of food at breakfast or, at the very least, they could not keep up with the extra people. According to their front desk, they had a full house the night before and they must have been short-handed for the breakfast food shift. I understand that this was a holiday weekend, but I don't think that they planned very well. 4) The hot tub, which was the 2nd most important reason we chose this hotel, was empty and non-functioning. If we would have known ahead of time, we may have chosen to stay elsewhere. It was disappointing. We were also informed by other guests that the indoor pool water was very cold. So, we didn't take a dip in there, either. 5) The dishwasher was seriously loud when it ran for the first 30 minutes or so. We tolerated it, but in that small of a space, the sound was amplified. 6) The fireplace wasn't working. According to the front desk, all of them were unusable and would be updated in the future. This was another reason we chose this hotel. It would have been a nice feature to take the chill out of the rainy days and added to the general comfort of the experience. Again, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Pros: 1 and 2) Having the two bedrooms with doors that close and each with our own bathroom was A-MAZ-ING! Each room was arranged slightly different. One bathroom had more counter space, one bedroom had slightly more walking space. No one could complain about dad's snoring or sister talking in her sleep. If you got annoyed with each other, you could step into the other room to watch TV and shut the door. There was even a pull out couch in the living room, if you so desired. 3) The table was big enough

DDonna R房間50美元的房間,還算不錯,問題是管家,他們不想打掃房間,我要求新鮮毛巾的時候,他們遞給我一疊手巾,大半天都坐在隔壁聊天。他們打掃我房間的時候,他們一直打電話,我打電話問保單要打掃房間,我住了8天,他們隔天告訴我房間要打掃,但是可以到前台要乾淨毛巾。可以的話自己拿毛巾,毛巾很薄很癢,牀單也都是癢的,所以可以的話自己拿毯子,還有就是房間沒有咖啡機,大堂有提供咖啡的就是微波爐和小冰箱。除了差勁的女傭服務,50美元是一間不錯的房間。前台的人很好,但是她們的女傭喜歡談論客人。網絡和有線電視都不錯。
