LleslieshearnGreat experience. All staff was amazing and friendly. Special thanks to the lady who checked me in for my stay. Hotel was booked because of game and family visitation weekend, but she made my room request work. Breakfast was great. I will return. The hotel was quiet, bed was very comfortable, and it was clean. I recommend the hotel and will stay again. Just 2 cons: First con: internet was not good, but I used my phone as a hotspot, so problem solved. Second con: no housekeeping service. I know hotels cut back on housekeeping service when Covid occurred and also environmental factors. However, I was there 3 nights and had to track down my towels. I did speak with the front desk and they put the request in and I watched her write my room number down for housekeeping service. She did everything right, so the problem needs to go to the housekeeping manager. I think one night of housekeeping was sufficient for my stay and I didn’t get it. I still left a $20 tip because the room would be cleaned on my departure, but I wasn’t happy about it.
