辦理入住時（21:00左右），工作人員沒有提供其他酒店會提供的信息，例如Wi-Fi、餐廳位置、早餐時間、體育中心位置和時間。 當我詢問時，他們終於給了我指示，並以煩人的方式告訴我一切都寫在房間裡（房間裡沒有這樣的訊息）。 希爾頓發生這樣的情況，令人非常失望。 第一天入住後，房間化妝後，房間的水、水杯、毛巾等都沒有補充。我打電話並接聽...但我不知道為什麼會發生這種情況。 就游泳池而言，這是不可避免的，因為水是有限的，但有很多灰塵和樹葉。 計畫是在同一城市的凱悅酒店住一晚，希爾頓酒店住三晚。 和凱悅的員工、服務、泳池等太沒法比了。 我希望希爾頓提供與其聲譽相符的服務。 食物不是五星級等級。飯店早餐的亮點是鮮榨果汁……不過好像沒有。三天都提供相同的三種水果。

Only stayed 2 nights. The only complain I would have was incredible humidity- but I am not sure hotel could do anything about that, that's just the climate. Helpful front desk and security, I needed a taxi which took a card payment and they were very eager to help. I may travel again soon- will definitely come back.

My husband I celebrated a special occasion with a 1 night stay at Hyatt recently. The hotel was extremely busy, co check in was a little wait. We were given complementary buffet breakfast due to a room issue which we greatly appreciated! The hotel also provided a voucher for a cake of our choice at the cinnamon cafe, the red velvet was tasty! The room was clean and seemed well maintained, with a lovely view of the ocean! The wait for the hotel elevators was a bit long, again due to the number of persons staying that night... The food at the restaurant was good, the sushi was exceptional, very fresh and prepared well! The breakfast was okay but we thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful and friendly customer service by all staff! We were very impressed, as this is not a norm in Trinidad (although it should be in the Travel industry!)! The only negative is that the pool area is so small, we did not get to enjoy it, as it was at max capacity when I visited it, so I didn't stay. I will definitely return, hoping it's a quieter time!
