Lakestone旅館很棒！可以看到Mt.Cook的好風景，離山很近可以去徒步，很安靜。房間完美，我們非常喜歡這的浴缸。早餐很豐盛很美味。度蜜月期間，我們只在這留了一晚，我向所有人強烈推薦這個地方！

Fantastic Air Lodge! Super new, neat and clean, spacious, luxurious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. The hosts (Mary and Mudy) were very friendy and sweet. We even were allowed to put our Cessna in their hangar and use their spare car for driving. Fantastic location and view of the scenery (WX), runway and windsack! Ideal for day trips discovering the south island incl. Milford Sound ;-). Small village with good food (recommending Fishtail/Indian cuisine and the Poppies Cafe for the local Mt Cook Salmon) nearby. Book in advance - Pukaki Air Lodge is veeery busy and cyclicts love it as they use it as stop for the Alps to Ocean trail. Thx for an incredible stay! :)))

What a beautiful and quiet place! And Mel is born to be the best place. We can 100 % recommend this Lodge, we felt so welcome and being taken care of. Also breakfast is one of the best in New Zealand. Unfortunately our room was not available due to a water damage in the room but Mel organised us another room... in an amazing villa just for the two of us. It was amazing! Still we went for breakfast and socialising to Matuka Lodge and we would have evenly enjoyed to stay there the whole time. Thank you Mel, you are amazing and we enjoyed every minute.

我們在booking.com預訂了2023年12月31日一晚,我的信用卡立即被收取了,第二天汽車旅館的Glenna短信我說我需要取消我的預訂,因爲他們在那段時間裏至少住了4晚。她全怪booking.com,我能夠預訂那個日期,自己從來沒有承擔任何責任,讓我感覺自己做了錯事?!條款條件明明說如果我取消了,我就不會收到退款。但她讓我從我結束取消(大概是爲了省下她從booking.com收到的罰款),我說我認爲在這種情況下預訂還是應該兌現的,她拒絕了,然後從她結束取消了預訂。我問怎麼退款,她說需要聯繫booking.com,完全沒有努力協助我。客服很糟糕,我們不會再住這裏,也不會推薦給別人我們以前住過這裏。我現在還在等待退款!

可愛的價格合理的輪椅無障礙住宿。我們將設置自助餐飲和合適的浴室設施。兩個問題是前門沒有輪椅的坡道,這意味着在門上搬運輪椅太窄,需要擴大。我丈夫很難幫助而不剝他的指關節。然後從門進入浴室非常緊湊,所以有幾個設計問題。地方乾淨整潔,房間本身寬敞。沒有指定的殘疾人停車位,如果其他汽車停近,總是會有點緊張。位置不錯中心位置

The rooms were fantastic as they were big and comfortable. The one big issue we had was that the front desk seemed to hardly have anyone there and you had to call a number to get someone to come and serve you. The other big issue was that there was only 3 TV channels which in a place like Twizel on a dark cold autum evening was not great and really unusual in this day and age. They advertised cable TV and when I asked why there was only 3 channels I was told that this is what cable tv is. the other thing was that we could not get into our room untiol after 3pm although in our booking it said 2pm. We were told that this was changed on their website and all online websites but this was not correct so was disappointed that after a long day we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Having said that our room still had articles left from the previous guests so not a great look.

Great place to stay and spacious room. We checked in late and the key was broken. The person working there attended to us immediately even though it was out of ihours and late in the evening.
