酒店設施都挺老了 地理位置還不錯 離市場和方塊屋和老碼頭什麼的都很近 但是下次應該不會選擇同一家了

Beautiful hotel with extraordinarily helpful staff. The check-in was prompt and very much appreciated as we'd had a long journey from Canada. The room was beautifully appointed and had an amazing view of the Erasmus bridge. The morning staff at the restaurant were warm and friendly. Make sure you have tap on your credit or debit card; the snacks and umbrella rentals required this!

對於我們支付的錢,我不能挑剔這家酒店。工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人,房間乾淨舒適。我們一週前交付了一些工作材料,所有材料都經過仔細儲存,工作人員在我們到達時確切地知道他們在哪裏(通常情況並非如此)。屋頂酒吧很棒,頂部的位置是首屈一指的。

Clean , staff were nice , room did the job . Single beds are tiny . No English channels on tv . No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I found it odd you had to leave the key with reception everytime you left the hotel. Lots of selection for breakfast . Allowed us to check in early

在沒有檢查TA的情況下匆忙預訂了這家酒店-大錯誤。在辦理入住手續時,工作人員(是唯一積極的)給了我一些耳塞!在這一點上,我考慮步行去另一家酒店(本應這樣做)。這裏你睡不着覺街上的耳塞噪音幾乎可以忍受(附近俱樂部的軟砰砰聲),但是內部的薄薄的牆意味着你可以大聲聽到其他居民的聲音我睡得很沉,4點就被吵醒了:45歲(終於睡到1歲)現在這似乎不是聚會上大聲喧譁的人,只是說話的聲音比較大的人設法用耳塞把我吵醒了!WiFi/電視等都很好,沒有空調那麼熱,但另一件事是我在睡覺前閱讀了這些評論。爲了明確我什麼也沒看到但爲了減輕我睡在被子上方的一件長袖T恤。我的腳踝確實咬了一口,但可能是其他地方發生的。這個地方只適合人們在一個大晚上外出被打碎,在牀上昏倒,離開,因爲它在一個很好的位置。任何人都會注意到上面所說的很難享受一個沒有睡眠的大城市。

我們住在三人房裏,一切都很好,全部的工作人員都很友好,很有幫助,牀很好,睡得很美,昨晚我們在道里吃飯吃得很好,我們先吃了一些菜,建議分,因爲一切 都很有用,菜也很,只是不吃了服務很快,還有間間的空間等一下。還有很美的景色從餐廳裏,非常漂亮。今天早上還有一頓的早餐,也很棒的,總之,我們一定要回去!!

位置沒有更好的了，跟景點方塊屋、鉛筆屋幾乎是連在一起的。 我的房間，躺在床上就能直接看到方塊屋就在旁邊。 而Market Hall也是過一條馬路就到了。 半分鐘能行到Rotterdam Blaak地鐵站，一站就到Rotterdam中央車站了，能輕易駁到海牙、阿姆斯特丹機場等等周邊地區。 房間裡都是智能控制，能調不同模式，挺有趣的，可以把燈光調成不同顏色。晚上能調較成催眠燈光模式。 酒店沒有甚麼公共設施可言，只有不同的公共空間可以閒坐、喝酒、談天說地。但設計很有趣，很多打卡位。 要注意浴室設計頗前衞，淋浴間是磨砂半透明設計，雖不至於能直接看得見淋浴中的人，但人形輪廓還是看得非常清楚的。 跟不太熟悉的朋友同房，沐浴時就會有點尷尬。情侶或夫婦就當然沒有問題了。

很棒的公寓體驗,低於酒店價格。不是每天都打掃,但如果習慣自己整理,這不是問題。 位置在市中心 - 購物,會議中心,餐廳和酒吧都在步行距離之內。我會再次選擇。

I stayed in this hotel twice in a little over a week. I hadn’t been here for a few years and hadn’t been here anymore since Fletcher took over. When I went to my room during my first stay my room wasn’t cleaned. I had to go back to reception, because of this and wait in a long queue while I had already checked in. I did get another room and they apologized, but it is a big mistake of course. A week later I got a room in which the safe didn’t work. This time I also got another room, which was the same room as I stayed in the week before. In the bathroom the cleaners hadn’t emptied the bin and there was still a flickering light in the bathroom, which had been there as well the week before. So there’s definitely room for improvement in the cleaning department. Rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are good. The bathroom is nice and there are extra things in the room, like a hairdryer and a safe for example. However, the rooms could do with a make-over, because the carpet and walls are full of stains and the furniture looks old too. Wi-Fi at the hotel is good. The breakfast buffet doesn’t offer that much choice, but is okay and tables are cleaned quickly after someone leaves. Compliments to the staff at reception; everyone was very friendly and helpful.
