We went to the hotel just for the onsen experience (so I can’t comment on the rest of the hotel). We used the mixed gender onsen so my husband and I could go together. They supplied us with yuami to wear (shorts for me and a strapless towel dress for women) at a small cost. The outdoor onsen was beautiful - surrounded by rocks and snow. The water temperature was SO hot so it took us awhile to get used to it, but we loved the experience. We walked there from the Niseko United shuttle drop off at the entrance to Annupuri.

We (6 of us) and another family of 3 were the only people in the hotel . Some of the rooms have a bathtub while others do not have a shower or bathtub . Beware when you are booking the rooms . The rooms are very clean and come with two twin beds . No water is offered in the room . However the lounge on ground level do provide whole day coffee , matcha and ice water. There are also two massage chairs in the lounge which opens till midnight . Wifi is good . Onsens - a beautiful outdoor onsen overlooking out to the pine trees and two indoor onsens. Because there were so few of us ( probably low season for them) , the onsen did have an exclusive feel. Dinner was kaiseki. Delicious and amount was adequate . Breakfast was also set Japanese . Quite lovely . There are short trails around the hotel leading to a forest . There was also a distillery nearby . Do try out the alcohol .

以前から興味のあった鶴雅にようやくデビューがかないました。しかもニセコ。ニセコは日帰りスキーのみだったので楽しみでした（若い頃大昔笑）。 何もないひっそりとした静かな場所。 秘境？？アプローチや外観の雰囲気が素敵で期待が高まる〜〜 中もいい❗️広々していてアイヌ紋様があちこちにあしらわれています。 この雰囲気好きだなあー ドリンクインクルーシブ‼️これが好きなの〜〜笑笑　過去一のラインナップ。 足湯しながらのんびり滝を眺めてスパークリングワイン。至福。 お部屋のアメニティ、ブルーがキレイ。 大浴場もまあまあ広くて清潔。眺めがないのは残念でした。食事も地産ものが多く楽しめました。 ただ昆布温泉かなり期待していたので、期待しすぎの感あり。ワタシ的にはフツーの良い温泉。 全体的に満足度高かったので、他の鶴雅も行ってみたいです。 お世話になりました。

它位於一個安靜的森林中,距離新雪谷站約10分鐘車程。我認爲酒店的基本部分很舊,但是已經過現代的更新。當您進入酒店時,森林嗎?入住是正常的,因爲它聞起來像。我住在豪華的日西風格的房間裏,但是房間又大又寬敞,我在榻榻米上睡得很好。另外,提供的羊蹄山的水很美味。您可以穿着浴衣在大廳裏散步,然後去晚餐場所晚餐是半自助餐,內容包括生魚片,陶瓷盤子,烤肉或魚等自助餐。它們都正常美味,自助餐種類繁多。在酒店入口處,我能夠欣賞19:30～鋼琴和小提琴的現場表演,大約1小時20分鐘,這也很好。溫泉聞起來有點硫磺,通常有室內浴池和露天浴池,桑拿浴室和冷浴池(男女在晚上22:00更換),自助早餐包括許多日式和西式配菜。做過。總體而言,這是一家安靜,輕鬆,美味且現場音樂舒適的酒店。

This was our favourite stay during our two week Japan vacation. The Ritz Higashiyama is an absolutely wonderful hotel with amazing views and a very warm and helpful staff. The entire aesthetic of the hotel is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and the onset is just amazing and rejuvenating ! The grounds around the hotel are lovely and made for some great walks and views . Now the food- we had the most delectable omakase meal at this hotel, we still dream about it! The food overall was delicious and fresh. We loved eating at the restaurant here. Despite coming in somewhat low season, we had a wonderful experience. They also helped us book a trip to Lake Toya which was stunning! Overall, an amazing stay in beautiful surroundings! We will definitely be back.

非常好的位置，從前台到清理房間的工作人員都很好。唯一的一次就是在三樓早餐的時候，一個亞裔服務員，看着應該是菲律賓、馬來人，非常熱情的和我們的前面一桌打招呼，收走幾個盤子，越過我們，又非常熱情的和我們後面一桌打招呼，我確定她沒有**，但不知道她為什麼這麼做，感覺她****一樣的做法，我們很費解。我們英語、中文都很好，不存在溝通問題，碰到這種**很無語。我們很安靜的在吃飯，是那種連説話都沒有的安靜。

滑雪纜車旁邊,出門方便,按自己的節奏進去。早上10點後白天有點擁擠。它對每個客人提供儲物櫃幫助很大,以保持設備。房間寬敞舒適,也許酒店可以改善房間清潔服務的時間,特別是對於入住一週以上的客人,希望我們外出時房間乾淨。酒店有自己的迷你超市,可以幫助您爲滑雪者/滑雪者購買垃圾食品和配件 - 有點貴,但無論如何在Niseko地區是預期的。另一個缺點是酒店位置遠離其他便利店和餐館(價格實惠,你可以在平府輕鬆訪問),所以它讓你預訂一個含早餐和晚餐的房間。

呢間小木屋本人非常之推薦，價錢合理，環境清幽，想像如果出面落晒雪冚晒間小木屋係非常之靚，非常之值回票價，老闆都非常親切，本人經驗就係唔好太夜到日本，冇的士搭，老闆佢都好難揸車出去接你，所以自己做好準備！呢間極力推薦！
