We booked this hotel as a first stop of our Tuscan holiday. However, the Emilia Romagna region has been affected by cathastrophic floods killing 14 people and displacing 20.000. The authorities have issued warning and urge people not to travel to the area. However, the hotel refuses to provide a refund and insist the hotel is ”reachable”. As a mother of a young child I cannot bare myself to travel to this area and risk my child's life. I can't belive the audacity and evilness of the hotel management to insist so. This is a cathastrophic weather event and my family should be allowed a refund!
Not too far from the city center by bus, around 30min. Just a single bus, which is handy. Also close to the airport, 15min bus trip. Not in a quite place, but the windows are sound proofed.
The breakfast is fine, good coffee! Kind people. The hotel self is somewhat outdated, but OK. Especially the colors in the room are just weird.
arrived midnight after delays on ferry from igamanouts to ancona . extremely helpful night staff , english speaking .Nothing was to much trouble as we had animaals travelling with us and our vehicle was put into a secure locked compound . absolute brill service from the night porter ?we saw im next morning . bit difficult to find but worth the visit
Φρικτό ξενοδοχείο ,για σχολική εκδρομή και πανάκριβη ήταν ο.τι χειρότερο με διακοπές ρεύματος, ένα πρωινό μόνο με κρουασάν και καφε, απαράδεκτοι , χωρίς θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο και καθόλου ζεστό νερό , πληρώσαμε πολύ ακριβά

Abito a Zola Predosa e per lavoro spesso accompagno miei collaboratori in questo hotel da anni (dove prenoto lasciando sempre la mia carta a garanzia), questo week end ho accompagnato 2 miei soci come di consueto, quando arrivo in hotel non trovo la solita ragazza alla reception (veramente molto brava e sveglia) ma un ragazzo che però rifiuta di farmi salire a salutare i miei soci nonostante ero disponibile a lasciargli il documento (come faccio sempre, oltretutto erano le 19 ed ero andato a prenderli per la cena) e la prenotazione era garantita dalla mia carta. Non ho voluto neanche perdere tempo a discutere con questo personaggio e me ne sono andato, il giorno successivo li ho spostati in altro hotel in zona dove sono più educati verso i propri clienti, è un peccato che dopo anni mi sia trovato in questa situazione grottesca proprio in un hotel da me scelto per i miei soci.
