The location is offset from lonavala and hence the price is reasonable. Food quality of the restaurant attached to the hotel is awesome but complimentary breakfast includes only poha and sheera along-with tea. There should be a buffet system available with 3-4 choices. Stay was pleasant and is recommended for all.

Superb foods, security excellent, nice, lovely and polite staff. I had very good experience and will come again in July 2024 with my whole team members. This time we five peoples was stayed

We were a group of 10 and stayed here for 3 nights for an event nearby. As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages ***ager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Mamta, at the front office was very helpful. Moii at the spa was good too. Thank you Team Monarch! We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chakan!
