Rooms are good and clean. They have central heater for hot water all the time. We just finished a trek and was looking for a good place to wind down and this place did that. Staff is helpful in providing info. It is a bit hard to reach the place as it is placed in a narrow road plus there are small boards to guide. We had a tough time reaching as we had luggage and it was raining. Recommended cafes near by: anna's cafe (south indian, cafe karma, shambala cafe cafes to avoid: beatles cafe, overall you can book the rooms for comfortable stay.

Property location is good, on the main badrinath road. It was very hot day in rishikesh, they welcome us with fresh mango juice. Rooms are clean. Food is very good. We enjoyed stay here.
