Hi So my sister and I had booked our stay at your Mussorie property. Subsequently due to an emergency my sister had to book an early morning departure from Dehradun. Due to rains the road from Mussoorie to Dehradun had landslides and debris at several points. My sister would have had to leave as early as 2 am in the dark. As a solo female and considering the erratic rains we had requested for a cancellation of the last day (16th September). Request was raised via goibibo. A gentleman from your management called on 15th and confirmed my request considering the precarious situation and the risk a female travelling alone at 2 am would have to take and informed that he will confirm the cancellation request with goibibo. Despite repeated communication and even after sharing the call log with your team of the confirmation I had received from you, I have still received no confirmation as informed by goibibo. I will request you to fulfil your commitment and revert back and resolve the issue with goibibo. Thank you once again.

It was my second experience with Fortune Resort and like my previous one I enjoyed every second of it...Most important part is the staff of the place are extremely humble, jovial, soft spoken, kind and most helpful. The Spoken *** Mr. William, Prabhat and Chef Praven. Front Desk Manager Mr. Kushal, Steward Himanshu and Mandeep, and many more wonderful guys...My 3 yr old daughter absolutely loved making friends here...She felt homely from the time we entered this place...My entire family had an amazing stay...Keep up the good work guys. Thank William and Kushal for your help. We would loved to re-visit again.
