Getting There - 2hrs drive from Kochi airport. The hotel arranged for a transfer taxi. 5,000/- one way. Arrival- Welcomed with chandan tika, welcome drink, cold towel and a big smile by the staff. Room- Got it early then the checkin time. Rooms are big, well lit with good views. But they need a lot of maintenance and refurbishment. Hotel- Green, peaceful, clean. Food & Restaurants - Only 1 restaurant with limited menu. But everything we ordered was delicious and good in portion size.

We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us. Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best. Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff. Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views. The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage. Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us. Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste We will definitely going to return and recommend to our friends to visit ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGES Thanks once again for serving is the best treat Keep it up 💕🙏😍

The location was great, and the food was fairly good. The main concerns i had were: 1. The bathroom sink would not drain quickly even after complaining about it twice and the staff assuring me it was fixed - bad service 2. The door had to be locked and unlocked from the inside using a key, which was very inconvenient, epsecially when answering the door for staff 3. The open mesh roof in the bathroom may sound nice, but in reality, it was not completely sealed, which allowed large bugs and lizards to easily enter the bathroom. All the staff were very polite and helpful, so no complaints there at all. The complaints are more regarding the state of the room and the incinveniences

根據這個度假村的4星級,我正在寫這篇文章。我不能稱之爲度假村,它是酒店,酒店很好,工作人員很好,餐廳還可以。不明白這些星級評級是如何給予的,這些評級是在什麼基礎上給予的plz解釋。應用程序中顯示的圖像非常寬敞,看起來巨大,但實際上不是,我不說非常小,但根據旅行應用程序中的圖像,沒有預期的那樣。

Stay at paradise resort was really good. Worth for money. Location is very good. Nice behaviour of the staff. The dinner served was excellent. Enjoyed with family
