Nice place for visiting Canterbury! The breakfast is great, a good way to start the day!!

優點：房間乾淨、收拾及時。早餐不錯，且一樓餐廳的牛排味道可以 略貴。 缺點：沒有電梯。 不過英國這種老酒店有電梯的也少。

我們在周六至周日過夜。房間很舒服。設備齊全，乾淨。裝飾有點過時，但與莊園風格保持一致。浴室很窄，但對我們來說並不是一個真正的問題。由於一年中的某些時候，我們確實需要額外的毯子，但是很快就提供了。這不是五星級評論的唯一原因是枕頭對我們來說有點太硬了。 這家餐廳很棒。服務非常快，我們的服務生比利非常周到。菜單是有限的，但每個基地都包括在內，食物的質量很高。 早餐是一個不錯的選擇。酸奶，穀類水果和糕點以及多種熱早餐。 位置安靜，離市中心不遠，很適合我們。將建議，並會再次入住。

We stayed for the weekend, me and my friend, for her birthday . Great location just outside the town centre . The room was spotless . shower, not so good, but did the job breakfast wasn't the best, but it was OK. I have had a lot worse . We had a problem with our booking due to *********** not the b&b fault, and the young guy sorted for us with minimal fuss. All in all, we had a lovely stay

The room just been done up but very small with small double size bed. Bathroom is good. We stayed for 2 nights. We told the manager that it is too hot in the room, no air conditioning or fan. He said there’s nothing he can do. So I told him we have to open the window, but it will be noisy so said it’s not his problem. I also informed him that the window latch is broken. He said he will get the maintenance fix it that day. But when we came back it’s still broken. Spoke to him again and it was full of excuses that maintenance didn’t came back and no one to fix it. So we Went back to a very hot room and my friend fix the window latch with a twissors so we can have some air. We also notice that the extractor fan was not working. My friend found the switch. Turned it on. Breakfast- no one to greet you. So we thought we can seat anywhere as there were 10 sets of empty table. We got our coffee and tea ourselves. When finally someone comes out from the kitchen he told us off as we should only seat on two seater’s. When most of the guest are only in two’s. There are so many of them in the kitchen no one made us feel welcome or we are quests.

因為我在基督城坎特伯雷大學有個採訪，所以選擇住在這家酒店。這家酒店真是令人難以置信的方便。床很舒服，早餐可口，工作人員非常熱情！坎特伯雷大學是一個美麗的地方，我打算以後要去玩個盡興，而不是有工作在身！
