英式早餐能接受，乾淨衛生，加牀需和酒店溝通

我曾經爲殼牌公司工作,所以多次參觀了當時被稱爲倫斯伯裏俱樂部的地方。我們懷舊地預訂了倫斯伯裏度假村。自從我上次訪問以來,30年來沒有什麼變化。房間很舒適,我們的豪華雙人房間很寬敞,有一個大沙發,有足夠的衣櫃空間和一個現代化的浴室,其中包括一個漂亮的浴室和一個大的淋浴間。在缺點上,主要的用餐區是洞穴狀的,幾乎沒有做任何事,使它感覺更有吸引力。食物很一般,廚師做了一些奇怪的選擇:晚餐時,泰國菜和鷹嘴豆咖比泰國菜更印度味,味道不大。燈屁股很好吃。“熱巧克力加鮮奶油”沒有鮮奶油,當我們問的時候,我們被告知沒有鮮奶油。最奇怪的是,午餐菜單上,BLT加了蛋黃醬中的百里香山一種非常奇怪的組合,一個效果不好。不止一次提醒“不包含服務費”也是很煩人的。游泳池還可以,但是週末有很多小孩子,所以當你不得不游泳時,游泳長度不是特別令人愉快避免孩子們轟炸游泳池。儘管在凌晨4點左右,一些新來者試圖進入我們的房間時,抵抗運動被喚醒。即使我們開門告訴他們這是我們的房間,他們也不止一次嘗試。他們給我們看了他們的鑰匙和它確實與我們的房間號碼相同。在那之後,我們也被保安拜訪,他們顯然認爲我們是在撒謊,因爲我們的房間。我們在退房時提到了它,並被告知以書面投訴。

上週末我們在倫敦參加家庭婚禮時住在亞歷山大·波普酒店,預訂了三個房間,包括老年親戚。其他家庭成員也入住了,因爲它靠近婚禮場地。多麼美妙和好客的住宿地方。所有工作人員,從抵達時的接待到酒吧工作人員和早餐工作人員,都非常樂於助人和友好,甚至爲其中一個房間的提前入住提供了便利,以便我們做好準備。現場停車是一個巨大的獎金。房間很乾淨,很舒服,有你需要的所有阿門派,晚上我們可以看到可愛的河景。位置也很棒!謝謝!一件小事(但如果你年紀大或有視力障礙的話,那就大一點了):房間裏的燈光很可愛,很有氛圍,但有一個更明亮的實用天花板燈,也可以像我們的一些一樣打開,這將是非常有用的晚上聚會在房間裏掙扎了一點看。

We’ve stayed here three times and every time it’s been great! The staff are very helpful, if you need anything or want information about the area they are knowledgeable and happy to help. We’ve stayed in the Jane Seymour suite and this time in the Catherine Parr Out of the two we liked the Jane Seymour the best but both are perfect. The hotel is in a wonderful position for Kingston shops, just over the bridge, or hop on the 411 bus to Hampton Court. We have family locally so it’s perfect for us to get around. Breakfast is great, plenty to choose from. Chris our server and on reception was very polite, he even laughed at my Brown Toast or White Toast joke… all toast is Brown it’s the bread that’s white! When we left he said thank you for staying with us again and shook my hand… Well done Chris it’s the little things that make all the difference.

We stayed here overnight whilst visiting Hampton Court Palace, the hotel is just a 10 minute walk away. Our room was modern and clean but we found there wasn’t much room around the narrow, double bed, barely enough space for the very small tables on either side. We were well supplied with complimentary coffee and tea and there were towelling robes available for our use. We had our evening meal at the hotel which we really enjoyed, the quality of the food was excellent and good value for money. We were a little disappointed with our breakfast experience. Several things could have been done better, the toaster was faulty and inefficient, it needs replacing. Both our breakfast orders were served with items missing or not ordered, my poached eggs didn’t turn up and my husband had a sausage which hadn’t been ordered. It was a while before we received our tea and coffee, then we had to ask for milk. Having said that, the staff were quick to apologise. We found Jack and Diane to be particularly helpful and efficient. The hotel seemed to be very quiet during our stay and at times the staff seemed to be underworked.

大晚上臨時預訂的房間，雖然比平時貴，但是有房間總歸是好的！希望下次給房間的時候能給一個朝南邊的房子或者樓層高一點，這次在三樓，但是是北面比較陰暗，不是特別喜歡！酒店的工作人員非常好，早餐也不錯！地理位置也很好，離kingston火車站很近！下次如果能提前訂的話，希望能給一個好房間

The Mitre was recommended by our daughter who has stayed there a few times with her family. We stayed 2 nights. The room (308) was a lovely room to stay in, with a view of the Thames. We decided to eat in both nights, the food was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Being typically British we drink a lot of tea, so each night we would have to ask for more tea and milk, and this was brought to our room. We will be back in the summer to make full use of the parks etc Thank you all at the Mitre
