酒店緊鄰河邊,地理位置優越,步行穿過附近的橋進入中心。一位非常好的女士爲我們辦理入住,她解釋了酒店,聖誕節期間的鑰匙和安排。最初,我們對房間印象深刻,雖然它在炎熱的一面。兩張雙人牀和很多空間,很乾淨。牀頭上面有一個架空風扇,房間裏有一個塔風扇和一個額外的加熱器。房間裏的招待托盤,還有電視。不幸的是,浴室讓酒店失望。洗手池區和廁所本身很乾淨。可惜,馬桶刷上還有以前客人粘着毛的“DNA”。爲什麼酒店不投資蓋的馬桶刷,我永遠也不明白。洗澡的時候是淋浴,淋浴側很髒。淋浴頭被泥土覆蓋,這很可能是淋浴間歇性地爆發非常寒冷和溫水的原因。充其量,水是溫熱的。是的,清潔淋浴頭可能會解決這個問題,就像我們曾經有過的那樣。淋浴被最初看起來像舊肥皂分配器的東西打開,這是髒的。骯髒的浴盆後面有一條厚厚的黴菌線。天花板和牆壁頂部有黴菌的跡象。瓷磚之間的灌漿很髒,有裂縫。他們確實留下了很多洗漱用品可以使用。我們的早餐很好,剛煮熟。還有穀類和其他物品可供選擇。我想在第二晚他們忘了關掉隔夜加熱,因爲散熱器在10.30pm還是熱的。我試着在房間裏關掉,但沒用。我們睡了一部分晚上開着窗戶和頭頂風扇。如果他們整理浴室,我們會再次入住,但現在,我們將選擇在其他地方呆。

We stayed here together with my mother and sister. The hotel is charming, the building set inside a nice garden. The receptionist who greeted us was friendly and professional. Our room preferences were well provided and were both spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately the positives end there. We ordered sandwiches at the bar shortly after arriving and had a very long wait. I don't normally criticise above average prices as long as you eat well and are well served, which did not happen in this case. It was here that we discovered that the remainder of the staff were very unfriendly and totally unprepared for work in the hotel business. The only exception was a young Asian waitress at breakfast who did her best to serve in a friendly manner. However it wasn't enough to remove the extremely cold atmosphere which surrounded our stay. We cancelled our evening meal based upon our experience at the bar instead opting to eat out in Evesham. The experience at breakfast confirmed that we made the correct decision. Very disappointing for a 4* hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Lovely friendly welcome from the start. Room was comfortable and sharing a bathroom and kitchen, not a problem for one night . Had a really tastefull dinner . I had steak hubby had pasta both cooked to perfection. Only ****** and not the pubs fault. Children playing football In the beer garden , when the caravan park adjacent had plenty of open space to play . Our table was hit three times , resulting in us having to indoors. Overall a very pleasant stay ☺️

We recently stayed at the hotel as a birthday treat for my wife and had a wonderful time there! All of the staff were amazing! Everyone on the front desk (including Daphne!), the restaurant, bar and housekeeping team made sure we had a great visit! James, Katie and Ian also helped with a few special surprises for my wife when we arrived! We certainly hope to be back again!

酒店幾乎在公交站旁邊，坐公交方便，房間乾淨衛生，衛生間大，每天都在打掃。沒有電梯，提行李上去很麻煩。服務員經常不在，這點不好。 請注意，科茨沃爾德地區周六公交班次很少，周日是沒有公交的，我到的那天是周日沒有公交，打車從莫頓英馬什到百老匯用了27磅，好心疼。 所謂的公交通票買的哪一路就衹能用這個線路，如果要形成環路，不用買通票。801用的比較多。我從百老匯坐了606到了柴坪漢姆（Chippenham），然後又換了501，再換505才到了拜伯裏（Bibury），這樣可以早點出發，如果去莫頓英馬什轉車那麼早上10點才有。到了住的地方一定要先搞清楚公交時間點，規劃好路線，因為他們的公交時間是固定點，且較少。 總之到了住的地方先把公交路線弄清楚有助於節省時間。
