The staff could not be more welcoming. I arrived the night before a work event and despite the bar being busy due to a football match, they helped get me settled into a clean a lovely room, with just enough facilities. The breakfast included in the price the following morning was exceptional and set me up for a great day! I will definitely be back and was even looking for things to do in the area as I'd love to take my wife to this lovely venue.

On flying out of Luton we decided not to fight the M1 south with the Monday morning commuters and stayed here overnight, what a good decision that was. The location is lovely in a beautiful farm setting with a large courtyard servicing the rooms. We were greeted by Katie who was lovely and welcoming and shown to Stable 3 in the far corner. A lovely appointed room with a king size bed, TV, and wet room, everything very clean and tidy with a very good selection on the tea tray, plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of a high quality. Yes there is road noise but it's more background noise and can't be avoided so you take it as one of those things. Breakfast was very good with cereal, juice, lots of fresh fruit, yogurt along with tea and fresh coffee. I opted for poached egg on toast and my wife had beans on toast with veggie sausages. We loved the room a proper farmhouse character room with fireplace and flagstone flooring in the hallway, and lovely countryside views, perfect retirement house! So for £95 it is on a par with hotels at the airport but for the homely feel and the service provided we will now always return here if we ever fly from Luton again. If you are reading this then take my advice and book here, it's also an easy 12 minute drive to Terminal 1 car park. The Fox pub is 5 mins away for your evening meal, also very good.

Excellent pub with great staff and delicious food. Along the high street but I recommend heading further down the High Street to find this little gem. It also has rooms which after looking into further detail has great feedback. My wife & I not surprised but will definitely be booking a room with you guys too! Thank you so much!

We held my husband's birthday party here at the weekend. Booking everything back in February was very easy and the communcation from Kaska, the events manager, was excellent throughout. She recommended a decorator, and the package deal included a DJ and favourable room rates for our guests. I was a little worried as on our first visit the function room was set up in a standard conference style, but on the night of the party Kaska and her team, along with the decorator, had transformed it into a party room. The food provided was excellent, although it may have been helpful if the vegetarian food was clearly labelled as it was not always clear whether something was meat or not (e.g. sausage rolls). This is the only slight issue we had. The management of the bar was excellent and we were presented with an itemised bar bill at the end of the night. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Our guests were happy too and nobody was in much of a hurry to leave. I'd recommend the hotel for any functions, they work closely with you and work really hard to make sure everything goes well. We had a great time and would certainly think about coming back if we plan any more functions.
