L’accueil super, une équipe au petit soin et surtout une mention spécial à ajiba une personne souriante, toujours là pour les clients merci à vous ! Nous étions là pour une convention et nous avons passés un très bon séjour. Un verre de bienvenue et nous repartons le dimanche bien reposées!

Bel hôtel à la décoration très agréable. L'emplacement est top avec une vue très appréciable sur la magnifique gare de Valenciennes. Proche de toutes commodités, personnel très accueillant et souriant, à l'image des gens du Nord.

Don’t be put off by the outward appearance and location in an industrial area. This hotel has really comfy clean rooms, great nights sleep. Great value for an overnight stopover. Magiella (not sure of spelling) receptionist was really friendly and helpful.

很熱情的家,很專業,舒適的和裝備好的 Studios。只有小牀對兩個人來說不太大(只有140cm,我覺得)當你習慣在160cm的牀上睡覺。請問一個室內室內的室內室,可以安靜地睡覺。在酒店地下停車場或在住前可用的停車場上停車。誠的登記讓你獲得10%的折,這很值得贊。

我們來到瓦倫西亞度過幾天 我們非常喜歡我們選擇了有廚房的房間,不必因爲價格而被迫在酒店吃早餐,而且總是出於同樣的原因,不必被迫去午餐和晚上餐廳。但是廚房裏什麼都沒有 除了 沒有杯子 冰箱 微波 沒有 甚至沒有小 也沒有一 也沒有盤所以我們爲沒有服務付出的代價,所以我們應該帶一塊盤,,,,維修產品....我們不得不切掉的冰箱,因爲即使我們帶了點餐,也沒他只用牙 而且最重要的是他發出了可怕的音屋子裏有,屋頂下,,沒有空調,室/SDB:HS,沒有室,所以不能打開,HS頭燈,不能修理,所以我丈夫睡覺時晚上無法讀。子或是子,子不住,阻我睡。員工很。我們非常失望,尤其是不喜歡付錢給這個假廚房,我們不得不減少(3nuits/6)我們的入住,因爲因爲我們不能在那兒做的餐廳,太昂貴了。

酒店地理位置相當不錯，就在火車站對麪幾十米。城市很小，酒店到市中心步行20分鐘左右，附近有不少餐館。酒店房間在歐洲和法國算大的，性比價較高。我住的套房，麪積有點驚喜。對於短暫停留一兩天的旅客，個人認為這裡是不錯的選擇。

It’s my 1st time visiting France recently in Sept 2022 and had a few surprises from this hotel that I have never encountered in my years of traveling the world. Not sure if it’s a culture or service that I have yet to understand. Some pros: - Room was a good size w/ clean sheets, towels & good water pressure - arrived early at 8am & was check-in promptly. even had the chance to enjoy the breakfast - breakfast was a decent spread; I especially & thoroughly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice from the machine. A good vitamin booster during the endemic :0 - helpful service staff who spoke good English to organize our taxi back to Belgium. The cons (based on what I am used to when I visit America or Asia) - the service staff ie front office, serving members of the breakfast lounge look comfortable enjoying breakfast with the hotel guests. Something I am not used to. They also looked comfortable talking and laughing loudly where there were clearly hotel guests trying to have a decent quiet breakfast. I was there for 4D/ 3N and always had the displeasure of having breakfast with the staff members. - I was told this is the best hotel within the city but I have seen better design & service from mercure before (ie Bangkok, Indonesia, etc.) Overall, a good stay but peculiar in their service.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful and breathtaking. The rooms and pool is absolutely stunning. There were some few minor details tho - the water temperature is slightly on the colder side but this is just my preference. When asked to check in only 1-2 hours early we were told this would cost 40€. That is quite a high fee considering check in is so late (4pm) and that the hotel itself is expensive. Overall a wonderful hotel which i would recommend which was lovely for one evening.
