我們和老公住了3晚,儘量靠近住在該地區的家人。我們最初訂的是高級,但後來又升級了,因爲房間很差。我們最終以150歐元一晚的價格購買了一個窗戶被打破的房間(打開後我們無法關閉浴室的窗戶),2天(一晚和第二天,也是最後的早晨)我們沒有熱水。裝修很醜,很老舊,整體條件很差。沒有插頭,我們甚至沒有一個牀頭櫃燈沒有插頭,因爲沒有插頭。第一天早上被女傭叫醒,因爲連標示牌都沒有,說明你在你的房間...而且我們查的時候,我們投訴熱水,酒店反應是«沒有其他客戶投訴!這真是可恥的反應。所以簡而言之:-糟糕的狀況-沒有任何措施,因爲Covid的額外清潔-服務是可怕的-它太貴了,因爲它是目前的樣子!-這個地方是個破洞,不值得3星。不要預訂去其他地方或預訂公寓,這不值得歡迎客人!

The hotel is so colorful ... the breakfast was acceptable and the rooms were clean. However, in the room you don't have cabinets to hang your cloths... comparing to price it's ok. The train/RER is fare from the hotel around 6 minutes by walk. The staff was helpful and polite. Surroundings nothing special to find. Clam area.

I have traveled a lot in my life but what I am about to tell you about this hotel I never thought I would experience in my life. In the third evening after I took a bath, I found near the towels and the hairdryer a piece of feces ( yes, feces, you read this right). Olive-sized, it was there, near the towels and the hairdryer, on the furniture under the sink. Can you imagine this?? It would be 🤢 to find it in the toilet, but on the furniture, it is unbelievable, unexcusable, unacceptable. This place shall be closed for good for sanitary issues, it represents a health hazard for guests. And when I called them to our room, they did not offer another one (but maybe it was not available), they only said that full cleaning service is available in the morning and just cleaned that place on the furniture where I found the feces and offered to change the towels. Next day, bathroom was still uncleaned, just the towels changed. And the room is overall really really dusty, if you put something fast on the floor, a lot of dust will raise, you can see it easily, everywhere. Seems like all they do in terms of cleaning is changing the towels and the bedsheets and of course, put a piece of feces somewhere for you. The rooms seems not dusted for months and when they come to clean during your stay they will not take the trash out, dust or wash the floors, nothing, absolutely nothing. Horrible place, I never thought I will live this experience.

這真的是一家經濟型酒店,非常乾淨安靜,Wi-Fi非常好,儘管在法國各地,溝通通常是英語和法語的障礙。否則,總的來說,這是一個很好的地方,有偉大的員工願意在每個需要的地方提供幫助。絕對是一個值得推薦的地方,我會再次訪問。

這個酒店的位置離巴黎市區很遠，要坐30分鐘以上的地鐵，還要花20分鐘走到地鐵站。酒店的服務還好，第一天check in是在周六，我們8點過2分趕到，前台已經沒人了，急壞我了，非常害怕沒有地方住，酒店的大門是需要密碼才能進的，還好又兩個亞洲人（像是日本人）幫助我，才從自助機上拿到了房卡（thank god)。酒店公共區域的衛生非常不好，味道很難聞，特別是電梯，經常在打掃過後有一種廁所的臭味。但是，房間非常好！！！我們訂的三人間，是一個小複式，非常漂亮也非常乾淨，廚房設備也齊全，可以自己做飯。另外，離酒店20分鐘的位置有一家好吃不貴的中餐館，老闆人也非常好！

非常友好的歡迎，房間很乾淨，我喜歡它堅固的床。我真的度過了一個美好的夜晚。真正好的是臥室和走廊之間有雙門，讓您最大程度地安心。
