作爲商務旅行的一部分,我們在這裏住了一晚。我們最初去了錯誤的酒店,因爲坎帕尼勒的主門在Premie Classe酒店的拐角處。當我們晚上到達時,工作人員有點不微笑,也沒有特別的幫助。Wifi連接很好,房間很乾淨,浴室設施很好(喜歡淋浴間散步)-有趣的是洗手池的分配器裏有淋浴/髮膠洗,不確定淋浴本身是什麼。牀很舒服。非常失望的是,工作人員不能爲我們召喚一些無咖啡因咖啡袋只是從接待台後面那個不微笑的人那裏得到了一個搖頭。不過,從機場很容易找到(儘管由於目前的道路工程....造成的所有改道都有點困難,停車很好,房間可以用更多的電源點和USB接口完成。對於機場酒店來說,這相當不錯,但並不好。從我們的房間,我們可以聽到外面有許多人在聊天,我們想:“哦,不,希望它能降下來”,但它確實安靜下來,非常安靜。

Elegimos este hotel por estar a 700 mes del aeropuerto ( se puede ir andando perfectamente), y porque enfrente de él está la penúltima / segunda parada de la línea A del tranvía desde / al el aeropuerto al centro histófico. Además su acceso en coche desde España-Hendaya es sencillo, sin semáforos. Hemos estado en dos ocasiones, una noche previa a un vuelo, y que nos permitió ir al maravilloso centro histórico de Burdeos, cenar y volver tarde y seguro con el tranvía. En ambas ocasiones reservé previamente el parking por los días que estaba fuera, por mi viaje en avión. El precio de 7 €/día en 2024 es muy atractivo. El hotel de 3*** tiene remodeladas las habitaciones recientemente, y están bien SALVO QUE NO TIENEN NEVERA, lo cual en 2024 es un aspecto muy negativo que me impide dar mayor valoracion. En pleno verano es muy necesario tener bebida fría como el agua. El personal amable y eficaz. Tanto ”in situ” como por email. En definitiva, una buena elección si uno vuela desde Burdeos y aprovecha para hacer una breve visita a esa maravillosa ciudad histórica.

Péssima opção para famílias. O hotel foi reservado por site. Nas informações, constava ter 2 piscinas e ser ”bom para familias”. Pois é. Esta escrito apenas ”nao pode crianca abaixo de 12 anos no spa” . O que nao te falam eh q uma das piscinas ( aquecida, a unica aberta nessa época do ano...) fica dentro do spa e que portanto crianças NÃO podem ir. Ou seja: o hotel prega que e para famílias quando na real é um tremendo engodo e criancas nao podem ir na piscina aquecida! Tentei pedir reembolso da reserva e ir embora quando descobri isso, mas a funcionária disse q nao era possível porque nao havia supervisor ( e eu queria trocar para algum hotel próximo que tivesse de fato uma.piscina que crianças possam utilizar!). Tudo bem o hotel nao liberar criança, mas que deixe clara essa questão! Esse papo de ser politicamente correto e o hotel que familias adora comigo não cola. Claaaaaaaro que perderao varios clientes se deixarem claro a questão do uso da piscina, mas é melhor dizer a verdade. Printei a tela para que fique claro o q fazem: dizem q crianca nao pode ir ao spa. Como podemos saber q o spa inclui a piscina aquecida se a piscina externa nao faz parte do spa?

酒店很新，服務很不錯，餐廳的味道很好，游泳池是個大賣點1.5米深很適合親子，位置一般，離機場有點遠，要開車或者打車才方便，周邊去機場的公交要30分鐘一班，周末沒有公交，周圍還在開發，沒有什麼其他的設施，短暫停留還是不錯的

We had a late night flight into Bordeaux and this hotel was ideally located. Rooms where comfortable enough. I have to say that the customer service however was exceptional when we were on our return leg of our journey. The hotel were incredibly accommodating in holding our bags for a few hour when there were no facilities available at the airport and to add to the top class service we arrived at the hotel covered in sick as my son had vomited in the car and they kindly provided products for us to clean the hire car before retuning. Thank you so much again.

After a long day on the road, our flight was leaving at 7:30 the next morning. All we wanted was to eat dinner in a hotel near the airport, and take the shuttle the next morning, this is why I reserved at this hotel, about a month in advance. Weren't we surprised when we learned that the restaurant is not open on weekends, and that although the web site indicates that there is a free shuttle to/from the airport, this service is no longer available. I had to make arrangements with Hertz to drop off the car a day later, and we had to find a restaurant in the area, which was also difficult. I am not sure if restaurants close during the school holiday, but it seemed that one out of two restaurants in the area was closed on a Saturday night. For the rest, the rooms are ordinary, the carpets could be refreshed. We spent a week in Basque Country in 4-star and 5-star hotels, and the Kyriad Prestige definitely doesn't disserve 4 stars. What a disappointment!

攜程付款後到店說未知原因被取消了，可能是代理沒溝通好，還好當時還有房，攜程客服聯繫后處理結果賠付，插曲就算過去了。早餐好吃，停車免費。minibar免費。房間也大，衹是房間多，走樓梯了。

Yes this is a basic hotel which gives you what you need in a room but I would like to say how fantastic the staff were on our short visit. Every need was met and they went above and beyond. From opening up an adjoining room so we had enough room to iron a bridesmaid dress to tumble drying our wet swimming gear, holding a baby bath whilst we attended a wedding in cognac and holding our luggage whilst we had a day out in Bordeaux…all done with a smile. They absolutely made our trip travelling with a baby so much less stressful. Also going in the middle of august the rooms are so cool and comfortable. It’s around the corner from lovely places to eat and the tram stop is two minutes away for easy access to airport and Bordeaux. It’s no frills but would definitely stay again - thank you Kyriad!
