非常好的酒店,早餐很質量,有幾種選擇真正的,就像我們家裏會用的,很熱。接待人員非常心,因爲我們對預訂號進行了關注,他們試圖找到50分鐘的解決方案,我們最終成功地在沒有員工看起來很的房間裏看到了房間。我的房間很乾淨舒適,沒有音,工作人員不回家,即使我們12點03分離開,12點不感覺自己被出去(幾乎所有酒店都發生這種情況)。早餐廳清電,走,微波全都清!至少是一次非常感謝的入住;我們會回來的!

我們在前往義大利的途中停下來預訂了短暫住宿，我必須說我對這個選擇非常滿意。房間非常現代、非常乾淨、寬敞。浴室一樣。非常現代的充電和燈光功能。工作人員非常友善和樂於助人。我們也很享受這裡的食物。位置很好。離凡爾賽宮很近，離巴黎也不遠。非常安靜和漂亮的區域。如果我們回來，我們肯定會再次預訂。謝謝你！

Accueil très sympathique, renseignements pour restauration du soir de très bon conseil petit déjeuner suffisant rien à redire .Le réceptionniste prend son temps pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement pour rentrer en soirée dans l'hôtel , le personnel très poli chambre confortable un petit bémol salle de bain un peu petite cependant on n'y passe pas tout son temps mieux vaut un lit confortable ce qui est le cas .Je recommanderai cet hôtel à mes amis ou famille .Un grand merci à toute l'équipe .Cordialement

訪訪客Great location. Nice facility. Great staff. BUT both our rooms had serious air conditioning problems that went unaddressed despite several requests. Staff seems to think smiling at you is an adequate substitute for cooler air in your room. So dont go in the summer it is no fun trying to sleep with a room temperature above 82 degrees.

訪訪客J'ai dormi dans cet appart hôtel le 14 février 2023, avec mon fils de 8 ans. Très bien situé par rapport au château et assez fonctionnel. Cependant j'ai été très déçue et dégoutée de l'odeur dans la chambre.. Odeur de moisi, humidité ou égout, on ne sait pas trop.. Chambre 41 au 4ème étage à éviter. J'ai envoyé une réclamation par mail après avoir signalé ce problème à la réception, car la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas vraiment, certaines chaînes TV non plus.. Bref, 106 euros la nuit à respirer je ne sais quoi.. Une responsable m'a appelée suite à mon mail.. Me proposant.... Attention roulement de tambour... UNE BOÎTE DE CHOCOLATS EN DÉDOMMAGEMENT !! Ou une réduction sur une prochaine visite, alors que je suis sûre de ne pas y retourner.. Le pire étant que d'autres avis sont similaires au mien concernant les odeurs, aux mêmes dates et antérieurs... Pourtant la responsable m'a dit que le problème avait été réglé il y a quelques mois. Donc sachez que vous risquez de tomber dans une chambre où clairement ça sentira très mauvais.. Et qu'aucun dédommagement ne vous sera proposé à part du chocolat si vous réservez sur booking.. Une honte pour un endroit pareil !

FFranziscaI love this Hotel. Its my 3rd time staying here which, i think, speaks for itself.
If you don't mind public transportation, there are a lot of ways to move around and explore. There is also a shopping mall close by, 10min walk or 1 stop with the tram, a supermarket, Mc Donalds & a few restaurants right across the street.
Its about 45 min to an hour away from the Eifel Tower but you should enjoy the views and see the city by using public transportation.
This Hotel has a great variety on breakfast, a bar, soccer table, lounge and a gym.
I have to more bookings at this location.

訪訪客We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return. Merci infiniment

Difficult to find as building work going on for Westfield shopping centre, but there’s plenty of parking and once in the hotel the rooms are quiet. No reception desk, which I think is a mistake as it makes for a good interaction between staff and guest. Nice public areas and very fast elevators take you to your rooms. My room was clean, spacious, had plenty of storage, an excellent shower and all the things that come with a Mercure hotel. There was a broken bedside light but otherwise all was well and I slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was buffet-style and had a large selection of hot and cold food so there was something for all tastes. Don’t forget to use the lovely swimming pool, it’s open until late and you could be lucky to have it all to yourself.

We booked this hotel to attend the 2024 Olympics at chateau de Versailles. The rooms were a reasonable size and were clean. The bathrooms were spacious and the water hot/cold as needed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice with lots of variety and evening meal was very reasonably priced. Sunday evening is bbq night with a salad buffet. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Times were flexible and they allowed early check in/late check out without additional fees. Air conditioning wasn’t switched on as standard (to help environment) but we asked due to the heat and it was switched on with no additional payment. Board games are provided in a lounge are and this helped to entertain our son in the evenings. The only difficulty we experienced was getting to the train station that is nearby. My mum is a wheelchair user and we had to do some ‘off-roading’ to get there as it is not paved. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.

Oouyangjianf1我是IHG白金卡會員，一年大概在全球要住30-40家Holiday Inn、皇冠假日以及洲際。這個酒店不在巴黎市中心，如果開車自駕的話還是非常方便的，尤其對於去凡爾賽宮旅遊的自駕者來說尤其方便，因為酒店有一個立體的停車場，去往市中心的協和廣場用UBER的話大概33歐元。酒店的前台非常熱情，房間來說一般吧，尤其不喜歡那個紅黑色的地毯，但是房間還是很大的，在我住過的全球近120家Holiday Inn裏屬於中游水平吧。

令人失望,只是爲了過夜,但是我來這裏,房間裏聞着冷煙,室,還有手套,中間有巨大的黃色子,紙牆,好。真的夠了,只要你來睡覺就好了
