前台人非常友好,我講西班牙語很少,但有些工作人員會說一些英語。酒店很乾淨。每天清潔人員進來整理牀鋪,給我乾淨的毛巾,空垃圾,做任何其他清潔需要做的事情。我喜歡坐在陽台上。酒店下面有一個停車庫,允許我鎖上自行車。我唯一的建議是房間裏的保險箱會是一個有用的補充。

Un lugar muy agradable con vistas hacia el jardín interior. Confortable en general, con buenos colchones. Un buen desayuno y muy buena atención. También he visto que tiene una buena piscina para el verano.

我們對這家酒店感到驚喜。我們不想住在阿利坎特市中心,但想靠近海灘。聖胡安海灘就在馬路對面/電車軌道上,海灘地帶沿線有一些海灘餐館/酒吧。這些餐廳主要供應地中海美食和海鮮,我們在Casa Domingo吃,這很棒。在居民區中,離酒店幾條街也有酒吧和餐館。我們在該地區發現了一些運動酒吧、漢堡店和比薩店。酒店的場地很可愛,有一個漂亮的花園和游泳池區。在游泳池旁邊休息時還有一個游泳池酒吧和音樂播放。酒店有室外酒吧和餐廳座位區,晚上很可愛,早上吃早餐。我們在餐廳吃了幾個晚上的西班牙小吃,享受了食物。早餐的選擇真的很好,混合了冷熱的食物,麪包,水果等,我每天早上都喜歡美味的冷西班牙煎蛋片!!酒店步行5分鐘左右就有一家康蘇美加多,還有一個藥店。超市挺大的,有你需要的一切。我們的房間朝向酒店前面,我們可以看到游泳池,因爲游泳池在酒店正門對面。陽台很好很乾淨,我們可以在欄桿上擦乾毛巾。房間很好,乾淨,現代,空調在30+度的高溫下很棒。有冰箱和水壺,所以保持一些飲料冷藏很方便。我們唯一的疑問是淋浴缺少一扇門,所以即使用地巾也不能使地板溼。這不是一個大問題,但酒店應該真正有一個淋浴門,以避免不必要的損壞地板。接待人員真的很好,餐廳和酒吧工作人員也很好。前往阿利坎特市中心的電車站距離酒店約5分鐘路程。您可以憑卡在電車上付款,並在機器上選擇英語。到市中心旅遊大約需要2.90euro,大概15分鐘。如果你想在可愛的聖胡安海灘或者游泳池邊消磨時間,那是一個非常好的位置。如果您確實想在晚上多採取行動,電車將帶您到城市,出租車價格合理。我一定會再住在這裏!

We have visited the hotel twice, and sorry to say - we will never come back. The hotel has some loyalty clubs – which we joined at our previous stay. At that time this was new to everybody, and the hotel had a hard time explaining the rules. Now, 18 months later, they still don’t know how this should work. This time, after complaining several times, we were granted 5% of our stay as promised as “points to be spend at the hotel”. But most of the staff don’t know how it works: We were rejected twice in the bar when trying to use our points, and finally we had to use it in the Spa instead, which was indeed not part of our plans. Even in the Spa, after making an appointment through the reception, we were rejected by the first employee we met. But we ended up being allowed to use our points. During all this, we have tried to get in touch with management. But management in this hotel is invisible, they don’t seem to care about their guests at all. Since our last visit, the hotel has closed their fitness room, the restaurant is (permanently?) closed, the outdoor swimming pool is occupied by ducks – and nobody cares about removing duck droppings in the water. You cannot book any bill from the bar or Spa to your room – nevertheless they demand a credit card upon check in. Should we say something positive – if you play golf, it is close to the golf course, and the employees in the undermanned reception do their best.

Worst hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast is served at 8am, which is very inconvenient, given all hotels usually serve breakfast from around 6-6.30am till 10am. I was there for business and had to miss breakfast as need to be in the office at 8am. Was not offered alternative even though I paid for breakfast. Hotel amenities are vary basic, everything looks old and outdated, curtains do not close.

這個酒店感覺雖然位置不在市中心，但是確實各方面都不錯。 設施：一樓一個成人泳池 屋頂一個rooftop泳池 衞生：房間很乾凈 酒店也很乾凈很新 走進去蠻舒服的 環境：步行10分鐘到海邊 雖然不是市中心 但是門口有bus可以去市中心20分鐘十幾站的樣子，其實也是很方便，車票1.45歐 服務：前台很熱情 因為不是旺季 給升級了房間 9樓高層住的也很舒服 還有露台 這次住宿體驗不錯，早餐也還ok，選擇不是很多，湊合吃吃可以。現在應該是淡季，海邊人少。不是烏壓壓一大幫人！這個酒店推薦！

Hicimos una reserva sin querer para 3 personas y encuanto se enteró Sandra que solo veníamos dos no dudo en descontarnos el dinero correspondiente. El detalle del desayuno se agradece muchísimo. El apartamento es súper bonito. Las camas son muy cómodas. El apartamento está al lado del tranvía puedes ir al cualquier lugar cómodamente. Sólo le falta un piscineta. Repetiremos 😊

酒店很美麗,乾淨舒適,我的房間很寬,有個大私人室,一邊甚至可以看到一片海。我最初覺得有點奇怪的是,訪問使用了特殊的代碼,沒有在酒店裏僱員,但我沒有需要他們,因爲我希望自己能享受一段時間。房間裏有一切舒適的需要:器,空調甚至一套。感覺像家裏一樣舒適,而且價格很便宜。
