MMaria好的酒店,好的民宿。他們沒有打掃我們的房間(我們有一個請勿打擾的標誌,但直到13:30我們離開請清潔的標誌,他們沒有)。沒問題,但他們說是15:30,不是。總體來說不錯的酒店

位置很好,所以Tok是前台接待員和早餐。我唯一的抱怨,比酒店更多的是***********,我的預訂錯誤爲一個人的b&b(我在網站上的默認設置是2人,1間房間),當我意識到我的錯誤 - 在我們離開英國前一週 - 我告訴他們如果錯誤,他們確認預訂是2 b&b。到達時,牀已經從雙胞胎改爲lrg doubke,但我們不得不支付兩天的第二次早餐。如果他們確認我需要爲第二人支付額外費用,而不是讓我們處於微妙的境地,我更願意 - 我問他們是否可以確認房間是2人民宿,他們說是的!!

訪訪客La verdad es que fue una buena elección, hay que destacar que ya no se llama nh logroño, ahora se llama ”Hotel Logroño parque” así que no confundiros. Es un hotel sencillo, pero bastante bueno. cosas a destacar son las vistas que teníamos, la amabilidad del personal que fueron todos encantadores y la buena localización, ya que tienes varias paradas de bus cerca del hotel, y el centro lo tienes a tan solo 10 minutos andando. buena zona rodeada de bares, cafeterías y supermercados, no te va a faltar de nada. Las dos cosas malas que que podría destacar, es que no tienen los carteles de ”no molestar” o ”no limpiar, estamos durmiendo” así que no puedes ponerlo en la puerta para que no te molesten si quieres estar durmiendo, y al no tenerlos las empleadas de la limpieza, después de llamar varias veces para asegur****, pues pueden entrar y tu estar durmiendo, y la segunda es que no dispone de minibar, así que tener esto en cuenta.

A lovely 4 star hotel smack bang in the middle of town. We received a very professional and pleasant welcome and were given a large room on the 6th floor overlooking the Gran Via. Very clean, modern furnishings, with a fridge and free bottles of water. The marble-clad bathroom was large and had a bidet and bath. We had a very comfortable night. We would have been happy to give the hotel an excellent rating if it had been a little quieter. Although we were high up, we could hear road noise, the cleaner bumping around upstairs, and a fair bit of noise from the corridor. Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected separate shower gel and shampoo, rather than an all-in-one lotion in a bottle, and a safe. It’s ideally placed if you’re travelling without a car, being about a 10 minute walk from the (huge and empty) train station and bus station.

What an excellent place to stop off when driving to or from the ports of northern Spain, especially If you’ve got dogs. Easy to find just off the AP68, amazing grounds fenced safe and extensive. Restaurant more a cafeteria but attentive caring humorous service. Friendly staff and excellent value huge portions simple spanish food. Lovely local wine and nice cold beer. Rooms comfortable enough with bath and shower, air conditioning and a little fridge. Ok so rooms are a little tired and need some tlc but it’s a huge building this will be an expensive job. Dogs absolutely loved the grounds for a morning and evening run. Next time I’m staying for longer to take in some or the numerous nearby bodegas and mooch in town only 500m away.

Amazing hotel - fabulous staff providing exemplary service. Wonderful accommodation. Manage at reception went above and beyond to help me and to get my washing dine same day!!! Then I left my walking staff behind, and the lovely lady in the restaurant ran after me to the Camino to hand it me!!! This is a hotel which delivers its promise for service excellence. !! Well done.
