el hotel muy bien, limpio, la comida como en casa, el personal superamable pero quiero poner unas cosas que no me gustaron --NO TIENEN ALBORNOZ PARA PERSONAS GORDITAS, SOLO TIENEN HASTA XL --NO TIENEN FISIOS, SOLO TIENEN TERAPEUTAS PARA MASAJES Y TRATAMIENTOS, MUY AGRADABLES Y PROFESIONALES. YO PERSONALMENTE DESPUES DE IR NO HE PODIDO DARME TODOS LOS TRAMIENTOS QUE QUERIA POR NO TENER PERSONAL, Y ES UNA FAENA DESPUES DE IR NO PODER DARE LOS TRATAMIENTOS QUE QUIERES Y TENER QUEW PAGAR EL HOTEL PARA NADA. --NO TIENE CAFETERIA, CON LO CUAL NO TE PUEDES TOMAR NADA DE NADA... ESTA A 50 METROS DE LA PLAYA, MUY TRANQUILA,CHIRINGUITOS ABIERTOS Y RESTAURANTES Y TIENDAS TAMBIEN.

El hotel precisa una reforma urgente. No todo vale. Desayuno buffet con productos de muy baja calidad. Horribles los zumos, el café y los calientes. Buena ubicación. Buena atención en recepción. Durante el desayuno, ausencia de personal en general. Habitación con mobiliario muy viejo.

No pongo pésimo porque me sabe mal por las personas que trabajan ahí. Pero la dirección de este lugar debería plante**** enfocar el negocio de otra manera. Pagué 125 € por una noche, entiendo que sea temporada alta, acepto que la habitación no sea perfecta, que haya hormigas en la terraza, que haya colillas en las jardineras, acepto que se haya escapado algún pelo en las sábanas, que haya mosquitos en el techo, que las cortinas estén rotas y manchadas.. pero no acepto que no se haya fregado el suelo, que la colcha tenga manchas de pintalabios, y que el baño no esté desinfectado, había manchas en el wc, se veía que se habia pasado rápido, no olía a limpio. Se veía que faltaba personal, de limpieza por supuesto, por la tarde no había nadie, y en la hora del desayuno, las chicas iban a tope y hacía mucha calor en el comedor. La recepcionista nos propuso limpiar ella misma la habitación, a lo que le dijimos que no y nos ofrecieron beber algo en el bar para compensar. No fue una experiencia agradable para nada.

It’s the old cliche of you get what you pay for. We didn’t realise that full board didn’t even include tap water with our meals. We were charged $3.60 for a jug of tap water so opted to go all inclusive. We ended up paying for a day that we couldn’t use due to being picked up at 9:45am. Josina at reception went above and beyond to help guide us around the city. Whilst the hotel is prime location for the beach, this is a hotel for Spanish residents not tourists as Josina was the only person who spoke English at reception. On arrival we paid for a fridge which was not delivered so had to chase up more than once. Bedding was filthy on two of the beds. The House keeper asked us to wait until tomorrow for them to be changed. Thank god for google translator. Had to go to reception 4 times to ask for clean bedding. The soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms was empty and there was a visible build up of dust on top of both soap dispensers in the bathrooms. The male bar staff were rude and on more than one occasion served the Spanish guests who were stood behind me in the line. The food selection was ok if you can get over the partial cooked fried eggs and tough bread. The sea food collection was good. Most of the shops are shut during the day and the ***** outside the hotel gets very busy at night especially on the weekends. If you are all Inclusive be mindful that this does not include the bar on the beach so you will have to travel back and forth to get drinks and snacks. This hotel is perfect if you like the beach but as with the hotel if you don’t speak Spanish you may have to use google translate to communicate. If you’re on the first floor be prepared to hear the hoover in reception from 6am onwards. Also on the first floor your room is cleaned very early in the morning.

Отличный отель с прекрасным местоположение в маленьком и уютном Калафеле. Очень удобный номер с прекрасным видом. Очень качественная кровать и постельное белье. Завтраки просто шикарные и сытные. Есть шведский стол и дополнительно можно заказать омлет, яичницу, блинчики и массу другого. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Есть русскоязычный сотрудник Каталанец. Однозначно рекомендую этот Отель!

Hemos estado unos días de vacaciones y todo fenomenal habitaciones amplias con terraza cómodas y funcionales ,todo el personal super agradable, desayuno super completo ,muy recomendable. Tienes de todo alrededor y a pesar que está la estación de tren al lado no se oye ningún ruido ,

酒店位置在calafell邊上，出門就是美麗的沙灘，周邊在旅遊旺季有些小餐館。衞生還行，也有早餐，就是早餐的種類不是很豐盛，另外，酒店隔音一般般，早上説的會被外面的聲音吵醒。前台非常nice，待人熱情，很多西班牙的老頭老太都住在這個酒店。如果是來享受沙灘海風，非常推薦這裏，但是旅遊旺季價格有些離譜。
