Sencillas pero buenas instalaciones, aunque con avería en la cocina durante la semana de nuestra estancia. Muy céntrico con personal amable y cualificado. Habitaciones muy confortables, modernas y cómodas (con las ventanas cerradas, porque los ruidos en las callejas invitan a ello). No hay parking, por lo que tienes que buscar la vida, aunque no es difícil ni está lejos en ”aparcamiento” . Recomendable si pretendes estar en el centro de la población porque tienes el mercado, el puerto y la zona peatonal a mano totalmente.

HOTEL ENCANTADOR, LA HABITACIÓN ESTÁ MUY BIEN, ES SILENCIOSA Y ACOGEDORA. LOS TRABAJADORES SON TODOS MUY PROFESIONALES Y AGRADABLES, NOSOTROS FUIMOS CON NUESTRA MASCOTA, UN PERRO CHIHUAHUA Y LA VERDAD NOS SENTIMOS MUY BIEN YA QUE ERA UNO MAS. NOS DEJARON BAJAR A DESAYUNAR CON EL, LÓGICAMENTE EN SU BOLSO DE TRANSPORTE, POR CIERTO EL DESAYUNO UN 10 PRODUCTOS DE BUENA CALIDAD, TAMBIÉN NOS INFORMARON DONDE PODER COMER O CENAR CON EL. LO DICHO MUY BUENA OPCIÓN LO RECOMIENDO.

We were given room 7. Avoid this room or you would hear kids and parents shouting at each other mornings and evenings on the way to their bedroom. Which makes for a short night of sleep. This is probably the leftover room that nobody wants and they keep during august to generate some extra revenue. And it is not sold at a discount. Dinner was average especially for galicia. Fish was over cooked and not well presented, the waitress was kind, we were alone in the restaurant. Finally on check out we were asked to pay the extras, which is fine. Yet no one asked us if we were pleased with our stay, which is a golden rule in 5* hotels. Lack of training or lack of customer attention or interest? We were very disappointed and will not return in September which was our original idea. We booked directly but the night rate was also cheaper on Booking , which is quite unusual...

The hotel is great, great view, great location, great staff, clean and very spacious. What you want to see in Vigo is within 5-10 walking distance from the hotel, right infant of the marina where you can take the ferry ( water local taxi) to go to the neighbor towns. We stayed during the Christmas Lights season which are amazing, 100% recommended. I'll definitely stay here again.

Always a great stay here - hotel is high standard throughout. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff are really friendly and helpful - quick and easy check in/out. Breakfast was a little limited on hot food but good cold selection. No parking available but there is underground opposite.

Everything you would want from an apartment stay in a city but so rarely get. A well designed and beautifully furnished apartment, a perfect location in the heart of the old town, truly excellent sound proofing and staff who responded promptly and professionally when contacted. A nice touch was the on-site luggage facility with secure lockers at the rear of the entrance hall. This avoided the need to drag luggage around the city on our last day when we had a late train. We absolutely adored this place and couldn’t have wished for more.
