我們剛從度假回來。我們剛抵達這裏就喝到了一杯果汁,大堂真的很舒心,而且客房已經準備好了。我們非常幸運幾乎不用等位就排到了房間,不像其他的一些人等了好久排隊都沒等到客房,他們似乎很生氣。 記得一定要向前台要保險鑰匙!一周要額外收費15元。 客房很漂亮,平整的地板,還有棉質地毯和被褥,非常不錯的衛浴。 我們的玻璃推拉門似乎運作不太良好,我們打電話給前台讓他們趕緊過來維修,他們倒是很快就來了但卻沒有修好,只好幫我們換了一個門鎖,不過不論怎樣我們還是沒有抱怨。 我們住在12號樓,面對樓下就是臨街的店鋪,比較吵鬧,尤其是每天早上6點有許多人出來遛狗,一大早就把我吵醒了。 客房非常漂亮而且非常明亮乾淨,浴室非常漂亮不過可以聞到一點點發霉的味道,感覺有點歷史久遠的氣息。不過值得慶幸的是我們的空調還算運作良好,可以排排風通風什麼的,同時這的衛生保潔清潔員非常給力,每天大概有3到4個保潔員過來搞衛生,提供乾淨舒爽的毛尖,非常不錯。 雖然我們入住期間還有許多其他客房空閑,但是我們沒有再調換我們的客房,因為我感覺很多其他客人都是團購來的,我不想和他們一起去體驗什麼VIP尊貴客房套餐服務。 這個度假村本身其實是在一個保養期內,不過一切環境區域都非常不錯,泳池很棒,每天早上都有排水換水服務,不過我感覺這個泳池還是需要再加強保養。周邊的許多大樓晚上還在施工什麼的,我們經常在夜裡聽見榔頭的聲響。 食物:周邊有許多不錯的飯館,有一家可以吃自助早餐午餐和晚餐,品種非常豐盛,服務員相當給力,很快就為你端上啤酒咖啡什麼的,同時這的訂餐飯館也不錯,每天早上9點到下午3點都有一些女孩兒在售飯窗口服務。我們吃了日料、運動酒吧、意大利餐廳和西班牙口味的餐廳。 日料和西班牙餐吧非常不錯,但是運動酒吧和意大利就稍微差一點,感覺風格口味上還是有點兒不太正。意大利餐吧提供的意麵還真是比較汗。運動酒吧的雞翅和漢堡的調料不行而且牛肉也不好吃。 到了深夜這的日料開放了酒吧食物,如果你在夜裡餓了可以去吃,一直開放到早上7點。然後你還能在那吃早餐。 優點如下:除了酒店在裝修維護之外一切都非常可愛!海灘很漂亮,泳池很豪華,服務員相當給力,這一切都讓人感覺非常自在,像是在家一樣。這的服務員態度相當好!我們很滿意! 唯一的不足就是前台,大多數前台服務員都能說很好的英文,但是有些人還是不怎麼行,感覺要加強提高。 我看之前的評論說海灘上有許多海藻海草,但是我來的時候已經有人在清潔清掃打理了。我看見許多人用大包裹袋子將這些海洋生物清理乾淨,海灘還是非常迷人美麗的。 你可以沿着海灘漫步溜達,非常漂亮的海岸線,還有國家政府在周邊。這種感覺非常舒適。你可以沿途看見許多小商販,在賣一些小紀念品什麼的,非常不錯。還有一些小衣服小首飾小飾品,非常不錯。 我感覺這的VIP體驗還是相當不錯的。這的服務員非常熱心熱情,他們會在酒店門口就負責接送接待好客人,我們感覺非常棒。不過讓我們非常不愉快的是有些人會在酒店的樓梯上對你說,如果你想要搬到樓上去的話那麼請給我50元,我可以棒你安排到樓上很好的客房,等等。這讓我們非常反感。後來我們發現這些人應該就是之前團購了這個酒店的那些房客,他們就這樣打算轉手出售手裡的那些客房,這讓我們非常難受。儘管我們已經說了很多遍我們不需要這些服務但他們還是這樣推銷,我們非常討厭。他們甚至還對我們說一些什麼不要喝水龍頭裡面的水之類的話。 不過總的來說我還是很滿意在這的入住體驗的。這的服務員還是相當友善給力的。我非常感謝這的紀念品的店員,他們非常熱情地開車送我欣賞了周邊的沿途美景,真是太感謝了!這的一切服務員都非常熱心細緻,我們很感動!我們同時對這的洲際嚮導也萬分感謝!相當給力! 至於酒店本身呢,我希望我能付多點錢而享受一下一周的昇級服務!

這是一家不錯的酒店,住了幾天,工作人員也很友好。

Just returned from our second visit to Eden Roc and dare I say, it was even more wonderful than our maiden voyage this time last year. From the moment we were greeted with a smile and whisked off from the airport to paradise, I knew we were ”home” again. The genuine warmth of the welcome we received upon our arrival from reception, Gregory and Abby, our concierge for our stay, was matched by the perfectly manicured grounds and 5-star accommodations. We again opted for one of the two-bedroom ”family suite” villas which is a short golf-cart ride away from the main building and beach but we love the afternoon quiet by the private pool and tropical garden environment. Each morning, Clara and her team at Blue started our day off with a smile. We looked forward to seeing Daniel and his charming personality, attention to detail and willingness to go the 'extra mile' by helping us practice our high-school-level Spanish. Whether ordering off the menu or opting for the opulent buffet, there was something for everyone. Kudos to Clara and the entire staff at Blue for a job well done. Our days were spent lounging at the pool or beach where cool scented towels, fresh fruit and lots of water kept us from overheating thanks to Adelberto and the beach club staff. Afternoon entertainment (and the best libations this side of the DR) came courtesy of Jendry and the team at the Beach Club who made sure we didn't dehydrate and laughed a lot while in their expert care. By far, our favorite part of the day was our evening visit to La Palapa. Their extensive menu and wine list meant that even though we dined there 6 out of 7 nights, we could enjoy something different every time. Camille, Nelson and the most charming Sommelier were memorable stand-outs. The entire team deserves commendation. The Spiny Lobster Spaghetti, Seafood Risotto, Salt-Crusted Sea Bass and ALL the sushi were just some of our faves and sure to please. Although we were sad to leave at the end of our week and head back to reality, we know that we'll be back again sooner rather than later. Until next next time, Eden Roc...we'll miss you!
