The front desk service was excellent and helped us with everything that we needed. Florencia was amazing, as well as the gentleman in the evenings. They went out of their way to help us with every detail, and question that we had. The breakfast was also very good. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop deck and bar had excellent views of the city and was magical in the evenings. We would definitely be going back!
I recently stayed and as a former Platinum member my expectations were not met. My biggest concerns revolve around breakfast inconsistencies. Despite assurances, I was charged for breakfast upon checkout, leading to frustration. The front desk manager's response was far from satisfactory. Furthermore, a privacy breach occurred during our stay. My cousin's name was recorded without our consent, which felt invasive and unnecessary when we mentioned she worked there and we never had such a service. I hope Marriott can address these issues promptly, improve service, and respect guest privacy in the future. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning my loyalty to the brand.

Room was very clean and comfortable with stunning sea views but would say as we were in the room near reception it was a little noisy at times during our stay. Would definitely return but would try and get one of the rooms higher up. Parking available on street directly across from the hotel for a small fee of about £7.
訪訪客We stayed one night prior to boarding a cruise. We arrived mid to late morning on New Years Day and thankfully they were able to get us into a room right away. It was maybe a 1 km or so walk to the waterfront, with many shops, restaurants, etc. both on the waterfront and along the way. Easily caught an UBER to the cruise port the next morning after checkout and I think the fare was under 5 USD. Breakfast was very nice and adequate for our needs. The room was quiet and service was good. They brought us an iron and ironing board on request. We enjoyed a nice, light dinner in the restaurant as well.
The hotel is really well-maintained, and there is attention to detail about almost everything to make it a great stay. When the mini fridge in my room didn't work, they sent someone immediately to take it away and replace it with a working one. The buffet breakfast had a variety of foods, and safety protocol were in place with food wrapped individually and staff wearing masks at all times. There are a few things that could have been better. I found that the water for taking a shower wasn't hot at all, and I was hoping it would have been better since this was my second stay at this hotel this year. The other thing is that I am a member of their reward program, but after both of my stays my account wasn't credited with the points or nights I had accrued. I've had to call various numbers and talk to different people to get the points, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall I will stay again.
Excelente hotel, la atencion del personal muy buena y predispuesta. la ubicacion lo mejor ya que nos fuimos caminando desde el terminal. habitaciones muy limpias y eso se agradece, el desayuno te lo llevan a la habitacion y para la celebracion de año nuevo tenian cotillon y otros regalos para nosotros, lo recomiendo totalmente y volveremos en la proxima escapada a viña.
