在Zwiback住了一個月左右,當時搬到Empa工作(冬天也住了2晚)。對於短期和長期住宿來說,這是非常好的經歷。酒店距離Empa和Eawag步行幾分鐘,距離12路有軌電車站很近(到機場需要您走20分鐘,到Stettbach火車站5分鐘,從那裏可以坐火車到蘇黎世中心-只有兩個站)。酒店結合了小酒館,酒店客人在那裏吃早餐,員工辦公室也在那裏。酒店客房在Zwiback多公寓樓綜合樓的獨立側。房間乾淨,寬敞,有陽台,還有小冰箱。[房間裏有小水壺會有所不同,特別是對於寒冷的季節住宿--我推薦工作人員作爲可能的改進。]我住在5樓,因此在遠處的景色中可以看到山景。酒店工作人員非常非常友善和樂於助人。特別是我想提及丹妮拉、米里亞姆和梅拉妮,他們絕對是了不起的!!!

一次非常令人失望的體驗,房間裏的空調不起作用,我們得到了一張雙人牀,儘管我們提前打電話,並放心我們有兩張單人牀。我們在這裏有一個房間,作爲包含Coldplay門票的套餐的一部分,所以房間沒有直接與酒店預訂。這是我們在停留之前打電話來確保我們有正確的牀設置的主要原因我們是父親和女兒,所以雙人牀是不合適的。當我打電話確認桌子後面的人說他太忙了,檢查時,會打電話給我兩個小時後,仍然什麼也沒有。當我打電話給我說話的人,急着讓我下車時,我確認他們有我們的預訂,並詢問我們是否有兩張單人牀的房間。我跟人說過,我們有兩張單人牀,一切都很好,當我們音樂會後入住時,情況並非如此。酒店訂滿了,牀不能分成兩個雙胞胎,所以我們不得不用雙人牀。房間本身非常悶熱,空調不起作用 - 最初我們無法打開它,因爲窗戶上的小鎖,但即使打開一次,也沒有做太多烹飪房間。我們必須說的唯一積極的事情是,早餐還可以,工作人員確實嘗試瞭解決牀的情況,來檢查他們是否可以將牀分成兩個,不幸的是無法完成。淋浴是平庸的,房間裏沒有提供洗浴用品 - 只有一些洗手的肥皂。淋浴的熱量不一致,在使用時不斷變冷。總的來說,我不會推薦這家酒店,我不知道這是如何歸類爲4星級。

The hotel is wonderful in many aspects. The interesting thing is that it is located in Walliselen, just right next to Glatt Zentrum shopping department store. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi access throughout the property. The Internet speed is fast. With the modern electric tram, not only the bus, brings me to reach the city center of Zurich and the Main Train Station in short time. In the room, it provides a flat-screen cable TV, a desk, and a bathroom with shower. At lobby area, I noticed that guests can also enjoy the food corner. There is a vending machines there. When need anything, the 24-hour front reception always is there. Very helpful staffs. I also would like to mention the General manager, Mr. Frank Trapa. He is very friendly. 8 月 21 日搬到瑞士時，我和家人住在 Reloc。而且，你周圍有很多公園，孩子們可以毫無問題地適應。單間公寓本身實用且方便，喜歡它的設置、無線網路和寬敞的陽台。 Reloc 應該改進一些事情：提供更大的洗碗機，修復浴室的通風口（作為一個不吸煙者，在住宿期間不得不被動吸煙是令人沮喪的），以及使用玻璃淋浴間（請不要使用可笑的窗簾） ！

前台工作人員不太友好,我發現他們有點傲慢,他們甚至和我們說英語,我們是當地遊客,反正他們似乎不知道怎麼說“你好”(沒有你好,沒有歡迎等...)然後,結賬時,態度相同!女士真的不太關心我們的住宿,只是問我們是否使用了迷你吧。考慮到這是一家4星級酒店,當一個小小的歡迎或微笑的感覺不在那裏時,我不介意再回來。

這確實是我們感到舒適和美好的地方。我們毫無保留地來了，改變了日期，每次家人，是的，這裡是家族企業，都會來幫助我們。停車免費且隨時可用。飯店內設有餐廳和酒吧。所以，別看外表樸素，住在這裡真的很值得

It’s my favorite hotel. I have been staying here for many times. The surrounding is perfect for jet lag recovery.

First the better things The rooms are clean and basic. The location is 5 minutes walk from tram station Housekeeping do their work as usual. Worst Things The reception is unwelcoming and everything for them starts with no. They lack smile warmth and do not live to Accor group standard. Now the SCAM. I needed a Airport drop inquired on 7th June was told would be 20 CFR. However could not book on 7th evening. 8th June morning approach the reception the person says pointing to a person saying he will drop and fare is 70 CFR. When saying it was too much the reception guys says may be 40 CFR. Then I pressurised if he can book a shuttle ,the reception person realises he is caught and calls the Airport drop shuttle which was 20 CFR.
