Eu e meu marido, fomos muito bem acolhidos e tratados no hotel. Só peço que sejam mais claros quanto ao uso do estacionamento, pois não fui informada de valor extra para deixar o carro no estacionamento de frente ao hotel. Só no check-out que me cobraram e por estar muito satisfeita, não achei motivo de reclamar. Mas penso que essa política de vagas para o carro, devem ficar mais claras na reserva.

Estadia de sossego, paz e mt contato com a natureza. Para meu filho de 13 anos, ótimo. Tios da recreação mt gentis e educados. Comida maravilhosa… mt variedade de saladas, doces. Comida vc mineira de melhor qualidade.. maître Vavá e sua equipe muuuito atenciosos e proativos. Pessoal do bar… tds mt bons… especial: Sara, Gustavo, Samuel, Isabel. Gabriel descoberta do Vavá… uma gentileza e alegria nada… sentiremos saudades.

Hotel e bom, mas não me hospedei na data reservada, por questão saúde tentei mudar a data da reserva 10 dias antes mas sem sucesso entrei em contato com hotel não obtive resultado, liguei trip não consigo falar perti uma diária por causa da competência do saite

Do NOT stay at this hotel. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. After a 20hr+ trip (solo with a baby) I got to the hotel and was advised they do NOT have anyone to assist to take the luggage to the rooms and the guests have to do that by themselves. (Even having a baby in my arms). Then I was given a room on the third floor (last room of the 3rd floor) to take baby, luggages and stroller. The ELEVATOR DOES NOT go to the third floor. You have to take the service elevator to the second floor and switch to the main elevator down the hallway to take the next elevator to the third floor. Also, the elevators are so small you CANNOT fit two standard size luggages plus 2 people inside (and the elevators are stuck in the 50s and probably gonna stop working at any moment). Once you figure it out on your own how to get to your room (because at any point anyone offer to show you around the hotel or any help) you get disappointed once again with the oldest rooms you will ever see. Also, this hotel is not carriage or disabled accessible at all there are NO RAMPS anywhere so going to breakfast or the lobby you have to figure it out how to go down 4-5 flights of stairs with stroller/ wheelchair. (Also no help ever offered)… if you need to wash the bottles for baby.. you will be told find the nearest sink or do it inside the bathroom sink in your bedroom !!!! Yep, I was told that. The hotel DOES NOT have lunch/dinner you have to call the lobby in advance and pay a ridiculous amount of money for the nastiest food you will ever see that will end up in the garbage (really can’t be eaten. (And it takes about 40mins to be delivered to the room because the hotel orders it for the cheapest restaurant in town and probably makes some money on top of the real price). Now if you have kids, beware this is the most ridiculous place on earth. There is a tiny section of toys for kids in the kiddie friendly area. However, the gates to the pools are wide open tied with metal hooks so the kids can run straight to the pool, the outlets are not covered and the kids can just put their tiny fingers straight in them (and they are all over the room at the kids heights). Also, the platform for the bouncy house is loose and almost turned over with my daughter and other kids. The room service is despicable and left a plate of food in my room for two days and did not exchange my towels for days as well. I also asked to borrow a vacuum (to vacuum seal a bag for storage of stuff in my luggage) and was told the hotel doesn’t have a vacuum! I spent two days in the hospital with my baby as soon as I arrived in the hotel and not only I wasn’t offered any help the manager told my family members that came to visit the baby that they could only stay for a max of 10mins otherwise I would have to pay a fee of 20$ (which I had no choice but to do it for one guest). This hotel is beyond ridiculous, has horrible service, plenty of violations and should not be opened for service! Please STAY AWAY

Hotel maravilhoso!!!! Comidas e bebidas poderiam estender até mais tarde!!! Algumas atividades tbm!!! As 22hs tudo se encerra e viramos “abóboras”… nao temos bebida, comida nem atividades, mas estamos la pra curtir ate um pouco mais tarde e nao queremos dormir… fica de sugestão!!!
