Dont expect too much for this hotel, because still in renovation stage. I booked for premier garden, when we arrived the floor was dusty enough so i called housekeeping to clean up. At night, the AirCon leaked till i checked out and the staff dont do nothing eventough i already called the operator. I think the room price was too pricy for service, condition like that, but i like the concept of the hotel. And the kids club was too dusty for my kid to play maybe because of the renovation. The head of the Chef was friendly to the customer and the food quite good enough. The hotel staff also said sorry for the dusty room so they give us a piece of cake. Thank you for the hospitality, maybe you can upgrade your cleanliness and services.

Friendly and helpful service distinguishes this oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of the area. Lovely grounds and nice rooms. The place gets busy on a weekend and I had noisy neighbours with kids and the soundproofing is very poor. However reception moved me without an issue saying "if you are happy Sir, we are happy"! The verandah doors have large gaps so there is a lot of sound leakage from the busy road and mosque but overall I still slept well. Airconditioning is good. The restaurant serves up excellent Indonesian food from a great chef. Servers were excellent especially Adithia. Recommended for a great stay.

The room is good and clean. The ambience is still natural and they have rabbit farms and small golf for children. Also they have 3 swimming pools with cold and hot water. The taste of breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.
