Chambre superbe et très confortable : la salle de bain vaut à elle seule le détour avec un dallage et un carrelage magnifique. Personnel souriant et aux petits soins, de l’accueil jusqu’au check-out. Excellent restaurant permettant de dîner sur place dans un cadre très agréable. Là encore, merci au personnel pour sa gentillesse. Enfin, le spa vaut à lui seul le déplacement, tant pour le confort du lieu que pour la qualité des massages et des soins proposés.

1 star for the spa, they asked at the reception to pay for a double for the same time slot-reason: I asked to conbine relaxation with therapeutical as intensity. The amount was huge for a couple massage (price equivalent to 4 massages). No reply ever for my feedback-big scam, 0 customer orientation, all the money invested are in publicity only

Very dissapointed. Have been at the spa and restaurant. Not the services you expect to have for the money you pay. Will never go back. The customer service is not all what you would expect from a place rated as luxury resort. The discussion with the management about our complaints the same. Zero interest in their clients.

The place where you don't want to leave and, once you've left, where you can't wait to come back. From the special attention to the smallest details and the ergonomics of the spaces, to the generous dimensions and design of the rooms, everything quickly induces a feeling of well-being that you want to keep as long as possible. The restaurant's menu is very balanced and built around the best quality products and the service is excellent. The bread and cheeses produced in house are very, very tasty. The therapies at the SPA are varied and the mixed team (Romanian - Asian) does an excellent job. Here I really appreciated the massage but also the discussion with Gabriel, the therapist who knows and applies very well the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. So,we couldn't wait to come back.

The place and rooms are beutifull with a lot of potential but.. There is no elevator and the staff just looks at you struggling uo and down the staairs with you bags. Breakfast is from 8 to 10. We came down to almost no options at 9:30 and had nothing to eat. No one really cared.. Water in shower are going from hot to. Cold every few seconds. Its terrible. Ac in the room on max cold does nothing.. Just air.. Staff.. Well is seems no one realy cares or is interested in you or your matters.. Would never come back and wont recommend

My wife asked me what I thought and I said this must be where good people go after they die. Why am I here? A small hotel in a building resembling a 19th century Villa, with smoothly stuchoed walls with marble details. Inside traditional dark wood furniture, plush curtains and plenty of staff in semi traditional uniform. The bright modern spa is a few yards across a dusty unmade road. Beautifully planted gardens, two pools, outdoor eating areas, billiard room and a delightful almost Vienese style dining room. You'll probably arrive by taxi, so do t let the dusty track put you off. Just kick off your shoes and enjoy the peace and quiet. This place is probably a weekend retreat from Bucharest, so as a foreigner you get an authentic Romanian experience and prices considerably lower than the capital. I'm worried if this place gets too busy I'll ever get back. Its a great Se ret to keep. The food is superb, the wine well chosen and well priced for a hotel. It's kid friendly too, but subtly demands clientelle to be respectful of others. The chef certainly knows his onions and I think the kitchen grows its own food in the surrounding, lush allotments. Portions are generous, starters are full sized plates as are salads. The room we were given was in fact a full suite, lounge, vast well equipped bathroom, and generous king sized bedroom. Decoration in the rooms is very comfortable, high quality as are the bathroom fittings. The door was key operated, which added to the charm of the place. If I had to search for an issue, it would be a lack of a lift but a good, wide staircase gets you up to the rooms. Staff are friendly and they mix drinks and serve food with professionalism and pride.
