The hotel is very nice and facility is new and comfortable, but the service is lacking from the front desk to the service to the dining, front desk does not know that I have purchased breakfast until I reminded him my breakfast, he showed a careless look to me and handed me a piece of card, and I have to ask him what time is the breakfast, and then he told me what time for the breakfast.
On the night of our stay, we called the room service twice to bring over some ice, but still no one showed up to bring over any ice.
The next morning we went to get some breakfast. First we were seated at a table with obvious food crumps on the table, and two dirty coffee mugs, then we asked to be moved to other table, again the server has a look that she does not want to work here. From the whole time we were there, I did not see she showed any care or smile to the guests, not just to me but to other table as well.
Also the food is average to the best.
Overall, the hotel is itself is ok, but the service makes it lacking and I will not be back in a short time.
