I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood and had an excellent experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for my business trip. The service was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers.

Bed and pillows were AWFUL!

We have stayed here several times in the last year and a half. Housekeeping was terrible. We stayed three nights and they only refreshed the bathroom one time. The toilet seat was missing a screw and the window blind was broken. We informed the front desk of the issues after the first night and both items were not repaired before we checked out.

Liked the pool for the kids. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and kitchen staff was very accommodating. Could not check in at 3pm. Room was not ready for various reasons given 1. Full the night before so taking a while to clean then 2.toilet in room overflowed with previous guest so had to wait for housekeeping to "freshen up".

I love this hotel! It is simple, clean, easy in all aspects. The staff is very nice, professional, and care about doing their jobs to please the guests.

The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, very comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are located at Rookwood Commons -- a very short walk, and Hyde Park Square is less than a mile away. Very easy access to downtown Cincinnati and other points of interest. Yet, the hotel grounds are quiet and adjacent to a nice walk/bike trail.

Room was spotless, especially bathroom. Staff was helpful and courteous

Staff are super friendly! Their smiles were authentic and showed they took pride in what they do. Rooms are very clean and comfy.
