Where do I start?! Our daughter and son-in-law highly recommended we booked The all-inclusive++++ Residence for our 20th wedding anniversary holiday, and I am soooo glad we took their advice. We booked a Penthouse room for 9 nights, flying with EasyJet from Edinburgh, and we splashed out and booked a private return transfer with DM Transfers from Dalaman airport. The transfer was perfect, and more like a limousine with chilled water, tv and wi-fi to enjoy. On arrival at The Residence, we were greeted and ushered to a personal check-in with chilled facial towels, champagne and chocolates, while our luggage was discreetly whisked away to our room for us. We were walked to our room, with the young lady explaining the bars and restaurants to us. Our room was absolutely perfect (we were in 4534) overlooking the immaculately maintained pools with views out to the sea. The penthouses have a private jacuzzi on the balcony along with a double rattan sunbed, table and 2 chairs with a huge rollable parasol which is invaluable in the heat of the day! Our room had a huge bed, balloons and pillow scent and a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us along with a beautiful strawberry heart-shaped cake, as the hotel knew we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary while we were there. Apart from that amazing start, the room had its own lounge area with a jacuzzi bath, double sink vanity units, separate shower and toilet, separate dressing room and every single luxury you can imagine - Kraft paper-packaged bath hats, sewing kits, razor and shaving kits, loofah, toothbrushes, amazing scented hand wash and shower gels and body lotions, dressing gowns and slippers, yoga mats and beach bags, hair driers and hair straighteners, USB points and a UK plug point, iron & ironing board, and so much more. In the room you also had a bar area with 1/2 bottles of whisky, gin, vodka, waters and a bottle of wine, and a fully stocked fridge with water, beer, orange juice, ginger ale and milk, along with a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and pods. All this is refreshed daily, so as you finish a bottle of anything, they will just replace it the next day free of charge. Every day the maid will come in and change the towels and re-make and change the bed, refreshing any toiletries you have used. Then you'll have a visit from the bar man re-stocking your drinks, and then later in the evening while you are out enjoying cocktails and evening meal, housekeeping will return and re-make the bed and do a turn-down service, put the ambient lights on and air conditioning if the room is too warm and close the curtains and re-stock the towels. The amazing staff in the hotel make you feel you are staying in a hotel where you are truly welcome, and you are! From the reception staff to the maids to the pool staff to the restaurant and cocktail staff - without exception they are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Wat een mooie vakantie hebben we terug gehad dank zij het fantastische team van The Residence. Het is nu de 5de maal dat wij verbleven in dit prachtige resort waar de klanten als koningen bediend worden. Alles draait daar zo soepel en is er eens een klein probleem, zoals ik die mijn code van de kluis vergat, dan word dit in de kortste keren opgelost. Thuiskomen in België is terug een gemis met de herinnering aan de mooie momenten, het lekkere eten, de uitstraling van rust de lekkere drankjes, het zo mooi onderhouden resort en het ongelofelijk perfecte team. Zoals ieder jaar is het team zo ongelofelijk lief, vriendelijk en enorm gedienstig. Alsook voelt het zo goed om de mensen terug te zien die wij daar na al die jaren leerden kennen, wij voelen ons niet als vreemde toeristen in dit resort, maar de mensen herkennen je van al de jaren die wij er komen net zoals familie, zoals Murvet die ons met zoveel liefde bediende, alsook Sefa die er vorig jaar niet was en nu ons aansprak met “ hey you are back, you make my day so good “ het voelt zo zalig aan om jullie terug te ontmoeten Dan de bediening in de cabana, tja Hasan, wat een gedienstige lieve man, jij bediende ons 14 dagen lang met zoveel liefde en genegenheid, jou hadden we de jaren ervoor nog niet ontmoet, maar wij hopen zo hard om jou volgend jaar terug te zien in de cabana’s, we missen je enorm. En leyla , jou kennen we ook al jaren, jij maakt ons steeds aan het lachen en je vergeet ons niet, regelmatig krijgen we van jou een whatsapp berichtje Onze kamer was in blok 46 2de verdiep, de naam van de kuisvrouw weten we niet, maar wel dat deze kamer daar elke dag zo proper werd gekuist, waarvoor onze enorme dank. En alle ander personeel van het super team The Residence willen we danken voor deze schitterende vakantie die jullie ons lieten beleven, we vergeten jullie nooit en hopen uit het diepst van ons hart jullie allemaal volgend jaar terug te ontmoeten. Wat kan ik verder zeggen over The Residence?…. Ik kan nergens anders nog tevreden zijn omdat The Residence aanvoelt als de perfectie!!

We arrived for our fifth visit after a very early flight to be met by the general manager Aslihan and Michelle the Tui rep like we were family what a welcome ! Each year just gets better and better this year the new cocktails are off the scale amazing ! The food is delicious in every restaurant beautifully prepared and presented . The whole resort is immaculate and the rooms spotlessly clean spacious and more than comfortable. The staff here are truly amazing all such kind genuinely lovely people who go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable stay . Special mentions go to Zeki , Veysel, Emrah , Isik, Onur and dynamic himself Namik who with his excellent English and welcoming greeting of hello you two always was met with a huge smile this man is going places ! We are already booked to return twice next year and are counting down the days !

Приехали в этот замечательный отель ! Как всегда все прекрасно ! Что удивляет это постоянство в персонале который всегда радостно встречает и помнит каждого ! Отдельное спасибо ребята из ресторана Ариману и Фатьме!, Они большие молодцы !

I usually wait until I return from a holiday to write a review but one day here was enough - this place is heaven on Earth. The bar staff are absolutely incredible, nothing is ever too much hassle and they are so kind and lovely. We are in the Penthouse Suite and it is stunning - they have thought of absolutely everything. Shampoo, conditioner, gel, cream, moisturiser, dental kits, sewing kits, Nespresso machine, hair dryer, straighteners, robes, slippers… the list goes on and on. The food is incredible - the A La Carte menus are so inclusive and there is everything here you could possibly need. The beach is stunning, the Cabanas are stunning. I cannot express enough how amazing this hotel is - this is 100% the first of many, MANY trips to The Residence!
