Мы второй раз приехали в этот отель и снова получили максимальное удовольствие. Большой бассейн, уютный номер, разнообразные рестораны и бары, и, конечно, сервис на высоком уровне. Отдельно хочу отметить нашего батлера Хасана, который был вежлив, предупредителен, всегда доброжелателен и улыбчив. Скорость и качество его работы выше всяких похвал! Также рекомендую прекрасный спа-салон! Очень хороший выбор процедур, высокое качество обслуживания и внимательность к запросам клиентов! Особо хочу отметить работу великолепных Tugba и Sara. Девушки предложили план процедур, которые мне очень помогли.

Beklentimiz yüksekti gelirken, yorumları da okuyunca özellikle yükseldi diyebilirim. şu an hala otelde konaklıyoruz bu arada, genel olarak 3.5 vermek istiyorum 3 yıldız kesinlikle acımasız olurdu o yüzden 4 puanlıyorum. Beklentimizi aşan, harikulade yürüyen hizmetler de mevcut, tesise hiç yakışmayanlar da. Pozitif: açık büfeden hiç hoşlanmıyorum, o tantana ve kaos beni çok rahatsız ediyor. Eğer benim gibiyseniz bu konuda harika bir otel, her zaman a la carte servis ve mesela 12’ye kadar kahvaltı alabiliyorsunuz, istediğiniz saatte öğle yemeği, akşam yemeği… müthiş bir rahatlık. Devasa havuz çok iyi, baştan başa yüzmek keyifli. Kokteyller, kullanılan etler, odaların dekorasyonu çok başarılı. Havuz içi bar çok keyifli. Negatif: odada belli aralıklarla artan gider kokusu, bazen çekilmez oluyor. Bizimkiyle mi alakalı bilmiyorum ama korkunç bir şey tüm tatil keyfini kaçırıyor. Havuz alanında yeterince duş, tuvalet, soyunma kabini olmayışı dev bir eksi. Cuphea’nın orada tek kabinlik bir tuvalet var o kadar. Havlu değiştirmek istiyorsanız taa sahile gideceksiniz, havuzda yine yok. Cuphea’da bir hamburger yedik öğlen, yanına colorado marka (metro market markası) ketçap mayonez koymuşlar, artık mahalle arası burgerci bile heinz vs koyuyor. Sabah kahvaltıya 10 civarı indik (12’ye kadar devam ediyor kahvaltı) ve börekler bitmişti, yenilenmesini rica ettim ama yenilemediler, kimsenin de olaydan haberi yok gibiydi. Kalkarken 11 gibi tekrar baktım yenilenmemişti. Belli ki hamur işleri yapılıyor sabah konuyor sonra allaha emanet. Meyvelerin haline yönetim bir bakıyor mu acaba? Her şeyin içi geçmiş gibi, misafirler almıyor haliyle. Meyve demişken çilek, kiraz, ananas gibi meyvelere ulaşamıyorsunuz bilginiz olsun, hakkını yemeyim gerçi sadece sabah kahvaltıda boynu bükük çilekler gördüm. Çok garip bu durum. Kendi şampuanımı her zaman getiririm ama saç kremine bir şans vereyim dedim. Banyodaki saç kremi gerçekten fecaat içine sadece su koymuşlar sanırım asla etkisi yok, zaten no name marka saç ürünleri de tam anlamıyla saçmalık. Sizin segmentiniz oteller loccitane o da olmadı rebul falan veriyor. Bunun düzelmesi lazım kesinlikle. En önemlisi eminim birçok insan için önemlidir: HAVUZ BAŞINDA QR İLE SİPARİŞ YOK. ilgili arkadaşı yakaladınız sipariş verdiniz yoksa geçmiş olsun. Özetle her şey biraz hit or miss bir otel, beklentilerinizi aşırı yüksek tutmayın.

Where do I start?! Our daughter and son-in-law highly recommended we booked The all-inclusive++++ Residence for our 20th wedding anniversary holiday, and I am soooo glad we took their advice. We booked a Penthouse room for 9 nights, flying with EasyJet from Edinburgh, and we splashed out and booked a private return transfer with DM Transfers from Dalaman airport. The transfer was perfect, and more like a limousine with chilled water, tv and wi-fi to enjoy. On arrival at The Residence, we were greeted and ushered to a personal check-in with chilled facial towels, champagne and chocolates, while our luggage was discreetly whisked away to our room for us. We were walked to our room, with the young lady explaining the bars and restaurants to us. Our room was absolutely perfect (we were in 4534) overlooking the immaculately maintained pools with views out to the sea. The penthouses have a private jacuzzi on the balcony along with a double rattan sunbed, table and 2 chairs with a huge rollable parasol which is invaluable in the heat of the day! Our room had a huge bed, balloons and pillow scent and a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us along with a beautiful strawberry heart-shaped cake, as the hotel knew we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary while we were there. Apart from that amazing start, the room had its own lounge area with a jacuzzi bath, double sink vanity units, separate shower and toilet, separate dressing room and every single luxury you can imagine - Kraft paper-packaged bath hats, sewing kits, razor and shaving kits, loofah, toothbrushes, amazing scented hand wash and shower gels and body lotions, dressing gowns and slippers, yoga mats and beach bags, hair driers and hair straighteners, USB points and a UK plug point, iron & ironing board, and so much more. In the room you also had a bar area with 1/2 bottles of whisky, gin, vodka, waters and a bottle of wine, and a fully stocked fridge with water, beer, orange juice, ginger ale and milk, along with a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and pods. All this is refreshed daily, so as you finish a bottle of anything, they will just replace it the next day free of charge. Every day the maid will come in and change the towels and re-make and change the bed, refreshing any toiletries you have used. Then you'll have a visit from the bar man re-stocking your drinks, and then later in the evening while you are out enjoying cocktails and evening meal, housekeeping will return and re-make the bed and do a turn-down service, put the ambient lights on and air conditioning if the room is too warm and close the curtains and re-stock the towels. The amazing staff in the hotel make you feel you are staying in a hotel where you are truly welcome, and you are! From the reception staff to the maids to the pool staff to the restaurant and cocktail staff - without exception they are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
