No me gustó que el agua de la piscina estaba muy fria. Ya que no encendian el calentador a menos que lo solicitaramos y nunca calentaba.

Convenient. Easy access to restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean and Quiet. This has become our go-to hotel as we travel between East coast and Chicago.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room and public area was very clean. The breakfast had a great variety of options. We had our dogs with us and they had us in the room right next to the exit on the first floor. That was fantastic. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip that way.

The stay was adequate. Staff friendly and professional. The only real complaint was that there was a strong sewage or sulphur smell that was consistent.

Place is average. I think it was a bit pricey. For almost $200 a night I feel that my window treatments should have worked. They were broken. Tp holder was ready to fall off the wall. Shower head was only a hanging shower massage that had poor water pressure. But our room was clean. So 👏 to the cleaning crew.

Curtains broken, heard every neighbor. The room above us had guests running back and forth over and over and over again from 1am to 8am. Doors slammed etc. Side from that hectic noise, you can quite literally hear everything outside of your room. I guess fine for deep sleepers but pretty terrible experience all around.

Our stay was nice, the only issue we had was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff was very kind and friendly and the property was nice, and clean.
