房間可能是一個小清潔工。入住時服務態度很好！較新的空調機組！

Did my reservation a week in advance got confirmation. When I arive at hotel they had overbooked and did not have a room for me. The hotel attended the send me to a Different hotel 6 blocks away. I denied to accept. The property was degraded, loud music in parking lot. And meny low life people loitering the premises. It felt very unsafe

Buena relación calidad-precio. Es un hotel pequeño y económico, pero tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o para ir de compras. Nos gustó que tiene un ambiente tranquilo y que las habitaciones son exactamente igual a las fotos. A diferencia de otros moteles de ese precio, tiene cafetera, frigobar y microondas.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years but the horrible treatment I received from the front window clerk was uncalled for. When I talk to another staff employee who is the wife of the manager who was not available when I requested him. She wasn't any better as she was rude and sided with the front window employee. He falsely accused me of using profanity towards him on the hotel phone. This young man went on to tell more lies as I attempted to talk to this lady who's name is unknown. I am a regular customer and never disrespected any staff member.

There is a new employee that will lie to upper management if he doesn't like you. I experienced this young man I believe named(Giovanni) lied to staff that I used profanity from the hotel phone when I called him this morning. Never did that but what makes it worse when I went to the window. The young lady that came out of the back room seem to believe him without even listening to my statement. I informed her to simply listen to the recording which she stated they have. The truth with be told if she truly investigate this person lies.

Se encuentra a 20 minutos del CBX y a 20 minutos de downtown, caminando a 15 minutos encuentras ross, Walmart, dollar tree y varios restaurantes para comer, recomiendo la quinta grill de comida mexicana. LA ÚNICA observación es que no nos hicieron la limpieza ningún día, estuvimos de viernes a domingo. Al ingresar todo muy limpio, sábanas y baño.

En general casi todo estuvo bien y funcional, todo en la habitación funciona bien, tiene un gran Wifi, es un espacio amplio (en nuestro caso incluso con una útil mesa para poder tomar alimentos), el refrigerador y el horno de microondas son muy útiles. El único tema importante en contra es el ruido de las habitaciones cercanas, pues los muros son delgados y se traspasa mucho el sonido, por lo que debería haber una política para evitar reuniones o altos volúmenes de voz en las noches, pues dificulta mucho descansar.

I know the rate is cheap but dang, use a brush and clean those floorboards. The electric plugs on the night stands didn’t work so when moved to see why, found numerous mouse droppings next to the bed. Front doors have gaps on the bottom, they must come in a lot. Towels are stained. On the good side place had a fridge and microwave and 2 trash cans.

El check in fue rápido, la habitación no estaba tan limpia como me ubiese gustado, sin embargo estuvieron haciendo housekipping los 3 días q me hospedé.
