Ambiente accogliente, cucina internazionale ottima, camere normali, il personale è veramente gentile, specialmente Vishal... piscina da provare sicuramente visto anche il tempo sempre bello. Sicuramente da provare visto l'ortimo standard

We had a pathetic experience staying here. The place is not worth the money at all. Ambience is good. Buggy service is good. Exterior Property is clean and well maintained. However the rooms are a total disappointment. The forest view room was unclean and had a leaking air conditioner, dirty and dusty kettles and Hand napkins were not provided. We requested for a change of room but the other room had an unclean kettle as well. In addition there was no soap and shampoo in the dispenser, the fan was shaky and tap was broken. We decided to upgrade to a cottage which had better interiors but the kettle there was broken and the geyser switch was broken. I would suggest going for the cottages rather than any other room. The restaurant and in room dining had its own problems. The food order was not heard properly resulting in delivery of wrong dish. One of the restaurants was closed because the chef was late. The guests had to wait for him to arrive. The problem list is never ending. The staff is arrogant, impolite and extremely unprofessional and confronts the guest in case of complaints. I would never recommend this property to anyone!!!!

The cleaniness is very good...The staff is polite and very cooperative. The overall ambience is wonderful. But there is a irritating noise coming continuously in the room which is absolutely ridiculous. They have to look into it on immediate basis.

Had booked for a corporate group in the month of May, Ms. Alyshea had helped us a lot for the booking process. she was very helpful and corporative. the entire staff in paramount was very good. The Riverside view was the best. Will surely visit again with the whole family in monsoon season

Paramount riverfront resort is amazing. Alyshea Brindley helped us in the booking process. Property is outstanding and perfect hospitality. Everyone is great from reception to staff. A good place to spend with family and friends. This great experience will be always remembered

The overall experience was amazing... Special mention to ketan, rishikesh, narender and Akshay.... They were very warm and always helpful with a smile. We only faced issue of electricity going on off for few seconds due to climate conditions

Excellent property great service at the restaurant by Ajay Ketan .n Bhushan ..a must visit..a superb getaway from Mumbai ..they have very sweet pool by the river side ..the vibe of the place is just soo amazing..the front office Maneger sagar was very helpful..

This place is a totally trap ! Don’t fall and book as per the pictures !! Completely misleading and pathetic place ! They are putting pictures and reviews are not genuine !! Bathrooms are pathetic The balcony is good for nothing in executive rooms ! Won’t recommend at all !

Our anniversary getaway there turned into a nightmare straight out of a horror flick – complete with rats, absent staff, and a total lack of basic human decency. Paramount Resort in Karjat, Maharashtra, is a nightmare I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Our anniversary escape there was ruined by rats, snoozing staff, and rooms straight out of a horror flick. Let me paint you a picture: imagine paying for a room that smells like a dumpster and feels like a prison cell. That's exactly what we got. The rooms were downright pathetic – dirty, dingy, and falling apart at the seams. It was like they hadn't been cleaned since the Stone Age. Picture this: it's 4:00 AM, and I'm jolted awake by the disgusting sound of rats running amok in our room. The stench of their presence was suffocating. But when I went to seek help from the staff, guess what I found? Absolutely nothing. Zilch. Nada. The staff were nowhere to be found, leaving us to fend for ourselves in a rat-infested hellhole. We couldn't even access our luggage to escape the vermin-infested room. So, what did we do? We ended up sleeping on the sofas at the front desk, like refugees in our own anniversary celebration. And to add insult to injury, we were told that all the other rooms were full. How convenient. Paramount Resort isn't just a disappointment – it's a disgrace. If you have any respect for your sanity and hygiene, steer clear of this cesspool of incompetence and neglect.
